Looks like it is just a speeding ticket to me.
It is despicable that the Orioles* upset the competitive balance the way they did.
Looks like it's official: After today's game, the Orioles* are 0-2 since being caught cheating.
I think they should suspend Showalter for at least 50 games. No way he didn't know about any of this.
Just more Baltimore Orioles* culture of cheating.
Excuse me, but the Orioles* got caught cheating red handed and I thought people in here would want to discuss that fact. And now they're 0-2 since getting caught cheating.
I haven't personally attacked anybody or said a single negative word towards any other poster. This is the first thread I have started in something like 2 weeks. Are we not allowed to discuss the sports world in the Sports Zone?
I've been contributing to this forum on a daily basis over the past several weeks (minus a day here or a day there where I may have simply been too busy with other things). How does that make me "conspicuously absent"?Yes. You have been conspicuously absent. Odd timing some might say.

I thought the forum would be interested in hearing that the Baltimore Orioles* are confirmed cheaters, as anyone watching that game saw with their own eyes, so I started a thread to discuss it.
It seems pretty obvious 3 pages in that you were wrong. Why do you keep trying to beat a dead horse?
The Orioles have been caught red handed (and brown armed), blatantly cheating.
Don't tell me the manager didn't know it was going on.
There's nothing more important to baseball than the integrity of the game. I'm sure everyone in here would agree with me that a 40 game suspension for the pitcher is fair, as would be loss of draft picks and a $1 million fine.
Of course, it's not like the Orioles have any accomplishments to consider tainted. But it sure raises questions as to the legitimacy of their recent success.
The things people do and say anonymously.
I'd love for many of you to attempt to exercise your selective ethics in a business or legal situation.
Don't see many here advocating high standards for everybody, or let anything go for everybody...i.e. consistent.
Instead, there are lots of homers that are unashamed of whatever their team does while looking for an excuse to get moralistic about the other teams....this is just nausating!!!
The ones that will quote this post will be the guilty dogs barking - this is all about them and not about me at all.
I am not discussing deflategate. Despite all the attempts to hijack my thread, I am trying to discuss the Baltimore Orioles* who got caught red handed cheating and violating the integrity of the game. They've callously disrupted competitive balance and fairplay.I thought you said you were done discussing deflategate

I've thought about it a bit more and I think Matusz and Showalter should each be suspended 80 games. There is nothing more important in sports than the integrity of the game.
