OT but wow: Vikings close to trading for Randy Moss

Randy Moss is a great talent with no heart, no pride, no work ethic.

His effort this year and the last several games of last season has been disgusting.

Hence, why Belichick and the Pats want him out of there. They dont want his horrendous work ethic, effort and sulking to rub off on the younger players.

LOL.. Pats could have kept him, let him walk as a free agent and picked up a third-round compensatory pick from the team that signed him. This insane. Highway robbery by the Vikings.

For the record, Moss has faced Dallas in 6 regular season games and 1 playoff game.

Moss/his teams are 7-0 in those games.

Didn't the Cowboys beat the Raiders when they had Moss? I'm Newman chased him down from behind and Creyton had a big catch that game.

Anyone who thinks he is not a major threat better think again he can still catch and win one on ones almost everytime. His production is down because Brady doesn't look his way more of a system thing spreading it around because someones going to be open with the attention that moss will get. my fantasy team wins because favre will love to throw his way. Would you say Michael Irvin "didn't do much" in the postseason? Moss' yards per game in the postseason is only about 10 yards below Irvin's and Moss has two more postseason touchdown receptions than Irvin does in four less games.

Don't overlook the fact that Moss' first few postseason games in the NFL were spent lugging around the rotting carcass' of Jeff George and Randall Cunningham.

What do you mean "only about 10 yards below"? Ten yards is a lot for an average per game.

Michael Irvin's average receiving yards per game went up in the post season compared to his regular season numbers.

Randy Moss' average receiving yards per game went down in the post season compared to his regular season numbers.

There is no guarantee that would happen. It would depend on a lot of factors such as salary and performance. It would also matter if the Patriots picked up any free agents.
