Potential OT starters make a **** ton I free agency.

He may not be a starter but he’s better than Knight/Steele, although I do like those two young guys future potential.

I thought they might just use Knight as the swing but I guess they wanted some more security at OT.

To me Cam Fleming a few years ago or Cam Erving are guys I mean by potential starters. On the right side of 30 and sure you don't want them as your season long starters but to fill in a few games.

Guys, I like this signing. Don't get me wrong, I still want a DT, S, and CB, but they were never going to pay big money to a swing tackle. Everything I have read says he is a good player. Also, won't keep up from drafting an OT, if we need to.

Exactly. All I'm saying is under the circumstances Steele and Knight are probably better than they should be knowing how they've been developed. Knight is playing a new position and Steele just got thrown into a starting spot out of nowhere. You don't have much to take away from last season that was positive but I thought for the most part you got decent play down the stretch from your young linemen. To replace them with a guy like this is insulting it seems.

Definitely feels McC and/or Philbin wants vets to get first crack at the lineup over the young guys.

Depth is depth and hell last year we had 3-4 injured tackles at one point so I'm good with the signing but hope that Knight and Steele can surpass guys like Ty in camp

Dude's a total bada**. If, in your wildest imagination, you believed there were OL issues of any kind there certainly aren't now.

McClay should have his own theatre show in Vegas.

LET'S FREAKING GOOOOOOO!!!!

Wanted him before he got paid, subsequently got priced out of swing T money, and now is available and we actually grabbed him. Took a little extra time, but I can finally celebrate.

Now we now to use a top-100 pick on our swing T of the future in the stacked class.

Yes, Brandon Knight is not as good.
I haven't even seen this guy play to know if he's better or not.

I'll even go under the assumption he is better for argument's sake.

Is he that much better to where you'd even spend a penny on him when you have guys in Steele and Knight who did progress as the season went on? Safe to say being he's a journeyman...he's not.

You guys can try and sell this guy as some solid starter but fact is none of us have seen this guy play and none of us even know who he is. Hell the damn tweet says he's a ex-WFT when he last played for the Bills lol.

If he keeps Steele off the field then that is one positive. I would think Brandon Knight would get the first shot if Smith or Collins go down followed by this guy.

Likely him then Knight, tbh.

Knight is going to be OT4.

Imagine last year's team with Jake McQuaid and Ty Nsekhe.

September can't come soon enough.

I understand about the age, and I feel similarly about it, but IMO the guy is a little better than those two. I could be wrong but that’s how I feel.

I guess we’ll see how it goes but I’ve liked him at tackle going back to when he played at Washington.

On point. He's better than either Knight or Steele. I'd say he's as solid as Erving was for us last year and replaces him.

Yes, because while you may have seen some marginal improvement from Knight, he was terrible. Do you remember the last Giants game with Dalton? He was running for his life all game. Got sacked like 8 times.

I know we all want bigger names right now and so do I, but I was praying we signed Nsekhe as a swing. Dude was lights out in his snaps last year and had always been a super reliable swing (many think he should start).

I know he’s a bit up there in age but this is one of the best swing T’s in the league hands down. Great insurance for Tyron.

0 sacks and 5 hurries in 195 snaps in 2020. Dude is rock solid.

No matter what moves they make, the “glass half empty club” will ALWAYS whine.
