To counter the people who were posting the exact opposite after he had a bad game last week. I would expect to see the opposite ends of both spectrums for posters all season in these threads.

He did not have a bad game last week, not sure where that narrative came from. Not talking s or anything just not sure where ppl get that from they only look at the box score.

This is the modern NFL. If you have a dangerous #1 like Cooper, you double him, bracket home, whatever….you don’t let him beat you. That makes your really good #2, like Lamb, super effective. I had no problem letting Cooper go if they’d brought in a #1 they liked better, but saying Lamb is a number 1 and leaving yourself with without a guy who can hurt the defense is just stupid. A smart team will double or bracket Lamb with a safety, a CB, and have a LB underneath while putting their best CB on your JAG like Gallup, or in this case, Noah Brown….lol. You need at least 2 really really good receivers,if not 3.

I don't disagree with you I'm just disagreeing with the notion that Cooper is the only guy who can give you this. And he didn't get nearly the coverage on defense that you guys are making it out to be. The Bronco's for sure didn't defend him that way. Davonte Adams seeks double coverage and it has never stopped him.

When you have 3 catches for 17 yards and you are paid 20m a season that is a bad game. That is a fine game for a 3 or a 4 but not your number 1.
