Our oline is better than we think.

Lol!

Is it possible for a sack to be credited to more than 2 people? What if four people technically all get a sack at the same time? (Not referring to the Cam Newton sack, just saying)

Im glad you are watching the game. Check out the Ravens. Thats what a real Oline looks like. Notice the big push with the center of the line on the run plays. Look at the clean pocket for passing that Sacco has when he typically drops back to pass.

The Ravens Oline is playing well tonight.

However the Bengal's D-line won't ever be compared to that of the Giants. :laugh2:

The best part is to watch the Carolina Linemen turn around and watch Cam get killed

Looks like Cam blew the play. The ball should've been thrown to the right after 1-2 steps. The LB flashed in his face, so he ate the ball and sack.

:lmao2: If you truely went back and evaluated each snap and came away impressed with their performance than you are correct, you are not a homer. You are just very misguided. I suggest you go back and watch again.

InmanRoshi is delivering some serious ownage in this thread. You guys look pathetic debating visual evidence with "opinion".

No, no it's not.

If Romo didn't do his usual Romo magic, we would have all been calling this front office incompetent, and screaming for the interior O-line and Doug Free to be cut. Along with Tyron Smith regression threads popping up.

Instead, fans get duped into thinking that this O-line is "better than we think", when in actuality it's just as mediocre as we all think. Romo was just amazing at getting rid of the ball quickly, and improvising out of the pocket like he usually does.

Well yeah.

I'd look to see someone from the "other side" man-up and admit, "OK, they weren't as bad as I thought they were. They haven't met my expectations, but they at least played a better game vs the Giants than what I originally thought."

That person would garner some big-time respect that way.

There's some merit in what you say about the Romo "magic". But that only applies to sacks.

"Pressures" are all encompassing... Sacks, hits and hurries.

And the fact is the Cowboy offensive line was more successful vs the Giants than three playoff teams from 2011 were against their opponents this past week... Giants, Texans and the Patriots.

I'd also keep in mind the Giants front is arguably the best in football... keep that in perspective.

The Giants don't have the best front seven in Football,Keep on telling yourself that if it makes you sleep better at night.:laugh1: They are all getting old except JPP..

I don't think he was talking bout the front 7 but just their dline.

Will owning up to the fact that they are what I thought they was count for anything. If sI had access to anything other than my smart phone, the other side would be well represented with some of the photos of Romo running for his life. Yeah, it happened. If anybody is denying that Romo was without a pocket most of the time, they clearly have a biased agenda. Bernadeau started the landslide by giving up a sack in the first few plays and the poor line play continued. Do you honestly think a QB such as Brady or the Mannings wouldn't have gotten sacked many more times than Romo? The Cowboys are extremely luck to have Romo. No other QB could run this offense under these conditions. As I stated, this line is exactly what I expected. I hope it doesn't happen, but I alsonexpect Romo to.get injured because of it. When Romo gets injured will the homer glassrs come off?

Hey, I know I don't want to see Romo get hurt. But compared to the fiasco's last December vs the Giants, I saw this game as a big step forward.

Hey 2 sacks given up vs the Giants is a great number.

Yes Romo is a "escape artist" but there only 9 pressures against Romo... of which 7 of those were "credited" to the offensive line.

Seven isn't a big number. And keep in mind that a pressure includes sacks, hits and hurries.

Winicki's perfectly content with slop along the OL.

But at CB? Full fledged panic attack.

Well you have to talk about the front seven because comparing a 34 to 43 is different...

This thread is a magnificent buttkicking. Man. Ouch. I love it.

I have a bad feeling that some eyes are going to get opened the hard way. Then you will see a board meltdown asking why it was allowed to happen knowing that the line was a problem. The rage will continue until draft time and a solid 4th CB is the teams biggest need.

Yeah, particularly when one of the two sacks came of Witten blocking JPP one on one. I'm hoping the act of using a tight end to single block one of the Top 3 pass rushers in the NFL is an anamoly that we don't see re-occur often through the season.

On the touchdown pass to Austin, Witten also had JPP one-on-one and did fine. Of course, it was a quick pass, which is probably the only time Witten should have such an assignment.

I have provided plenty for my side of the argument over the last few weeks, but he is much like you, can't see for his homer glasses. You can say this is a good line until you turn blue in the face. That don't mean it is true. I am sure everything was great last year for you as well. How did that turn out? Being on the homer side wouldn't be so bad if the last 15 years didn't prove you wrong.

Ahh yes the 15 years argument... Your 'homer' arguments are about as insightful/original as the rest of the KTCK garbage you parrot.

I was calling for Costa's head last year and watching Nagy get blown off the ball and Kosier getting manhandled was readily apparent. It sucks that I have to bash Cowboys players to get any credibility from you. That's pretty telling in and of itself.

I haven't seen you support anything one way or another especially as it comes to the performance during this game. Link me your supporting material. IR has gone above and beyond providing his evidence.

All you two seem to do is bluster. It gets old real fast.
