It "goes to show" that the Seahawks were the best team in the NFL in 2013, .. not that the sun even shines on a dog's you know what somedays.

I guess we'll agree to disagree. I for one am not embarassed whatsoever to rep The 'Boys WHEREVER I go. WHENEVER. NO MATTER their record.

Wearing Cowboys gear is not what we were talking about.

You seemed to think that the Seahawks winning the Super Bowl for the first time was like "the sun shining on a dog's you know what somedays".

Did you mean something else instead?

I didn't seem to think it, I do think it. I only brought up the other thing because you seem like you would be embarassed to wear your Cowboy gear in Seattle, whereas I would not. Stick a fork in me, I'm done with this thread.

I'm in Seattle on business and I had the day free so I decided to bus down to the International District in downtown Seattle. Needless to say, I'm decked out in my Cowboys sweater and beanie. Well, I didn't know that CenturyLink Field was right here. So I'm sitting in a nice little whiskey bar right across from the stadium enjoying a snake bite (Guinness and Magner's Irish Cider) in a bar covered wall to wall in #12 propaganda. No wonder why I kept getting looks when I was walking here.

If you get hungry for Tex-Mex food, go to the big fish market (Pike Place) where they toss fish around and look for a place called El Puerco Lloron. Great food. Once i was in Seattle and was going mad, mad I tell you, from lack of Mexican food. I finally found it at the fish market and ate there and returned the next day. The peeps are nice there but the gals are . . . rather, ahem . . . ugly and manish looking. I know you will agree.

Count me out then, I am a professional singer

what do you sing? do you know the words to "spinning wheel" and "cracklin rose"? They are crowd favorites in Farmers branch, especially at night when all the people here carry torches and sing Bavarian songs and stuff.

Karoake, I am too advanced to sing on an open mic night.

I'll check it out. I'll probably head to Pike Place Saturday before I head back to Miami on Sunday. I've been there before but just not yet on this trip. I always get Pho (Vietnamese noodles) and Ethiopian food when I'm in Seattle.

Try the Saigon Deli before you leave. It is somewhere SE of downtown, think Jackson or Franklin St. The food is spectacular!

And when you order Pho (i learned this from my PO), it is pronounced Fah. Boy was i embarrassed and my cheeks (facial) were red.
