I went onto an Eagles’ forum and they are already posting about how they will match up with the 49ers. Only one guy was making an argument that Dallas could beat the 49ers. The rest were saying no way. And they were saying that if Dallas did manage to get by the 49ers then that would be great because it would be an easier win for the Eagles. Please let us beat the 49ers and then go slap those arrogant Eagles around.

You have to just hope at some point Brock gets the yips and starts doing stupid stuff. Couple of Ints by our defense would change everything. He truly hasn't had much pressure on him.

I have been saying that a bit differently , if Boys beat 49ers they go all the way.

I caught one guy on the radio this morning say that while the 49ers are viewed as the better team, he thinks he'd rather face them. Purdy hasn't played in a crazy environment like Philly yet whereas Dallas is comfortable in Philly and has shown they can win there, even when the fans are lathered up. Purdy has only started three road games and the toughest was in Seattle against what was a mediocre Seattle team. I can see the logic of wanting a rookie in that situation over a more veteran QB in Prescott who has historically played well against Philly.

If we win today and play Philly and then lose to them, it won't be because of the crowd or the environment. It will be because they are just better.

I would have preferred philly today. Seriously we know them, less Game planning and we beat them a lot more then they beat us, facts, let them talk. they are there though and we haven't played.,,ujghh. why we always the last team to play!!!

You could get the dominant Dallas team (Minnesota / Tampa) or the team that doesn’t show up (Tampa week 1, Washington). With the 49ers you’re getting a disciplined, tough team week in and out.

I don't think it's a matter of either Dal or SF being a less talented team than one another...I think it's because eagles fans know Dallas HAS to be tired doing all this traveling,....

East coast last week on monday....then ALL the way across country to SF for a game 6 days later as they have to get used to 3 hours behind time zone, then if they win ALL the way back across country again and losing 3 hours... Cowboys players will simply be more haggard and worn down than the 9ers, who have been chillin at home and not traveling. Just makes sense.

Eagles fans hate the Giants more than the Cowboys. This is more about identifying which team is most likely to be worn down and tired.
