Overshown and Barham

I don't think there's really much difference between O and Winters.

Deployment will mostly just be package-specific.
WHEN Overshown is healthy, he has shown he can be a beast.Problem is, He is never healthy. BUT, regardless of anyones health, Narnham has already shown hes a beast. Put him in whatever spot hes best for the team, because hes the best of all our LBs already.

That being said.... coaches are not stupid. They see what we see.

Barham needs to stay put. Overshown was never built to be a MLB anyway. In fact he might be better off losing 10-15 pounds and moving to strong safety at this point. Less traffic back there for his knees and lower body to deal with.
Sucks, a couple years ago when he played most of the season, he was flying around whoopin folks, he was sideline to sideline, a good tackler (including open field), good blitzer, but man, he just can’t stay healthy. Sucks.

We will have a ton of draft needs and not a lot of draft capital.

Add OT, WR, CB, RB, TE, Edge.
It’s probabaly for the nets. We need to stop depending on these drafted players to be impactful players intheir rookie years anyway. I feel like Dallas does this more than any other franchise and the they overvalue their guys more than most teams.

I hope their career work out but it was kind of refreshing guy see them move on from blue and mafah

Winters doesn't go after the ball like Overshown but he obviously is there game to game. O,.we know his health story.

Barham is a natural MIKE. Overshown should be WILL. Winters should be the backup. We need to draft Overshown's replacement next year.

R1: right tackle
R2 (if we have one) WILL
This right here... oh and I'd also say to get rid of Winters next year too.
