The morons in the front office are gonna bank this dude is a difference maker. Once they see he's not during the year, they'll claim it takes a year to completely heal. Then they'll skip adding a LB again next year because he had 3 tackles in the 3rd quarter of a pre season game. This team's front office is stupid.

It did, but he's not wrong. Linebacker play was bad after LVE went down. With him out if the picture, we can't bank on a guy coming off of reconstructive knee surgery to fix the weakness of this team. We need a couple of starters. Bring in 2-3 good players at the position and see if Overshown can win the spot.

it's truly sad how very likely this is going to happen.

No, what we will do is not draft a linebacker, but sign an aging one, that might not be very good, and is cheap...but the Joneses will say look, we fixed it. Because they will bank on OVERSHOWN as well. Why didn't we win? lol See, they create the very problem, then they act like they have no idea why things fell short. They need to invest in a mirror.

So, you think he sucks? Guy gets hurt and you’ve already decided he’s bad before he’s even had a chance to play.

Overshown may very well be a difference maker, but whether or not it happens this year may be another matter. He's been described as a heat seeking missile, but that knee might require more time for him to show off his talent.

I never said that. I said that this front office will not address the position for another 3 years while waiting to see if this guy is it or not.
