Overshown targeting Thanksgiving return

Watkins must be confused about the schedule. We play the Chiefs on Thanksgiving this year.

I was hopeful we could see Overshown before that!!!! Thanksgiving is week 12!

Hopefully he won't suffer any set backs and the staff won't push him to return before he is ready. Returning then would give him 6 games this year. Get through that and go another off season and with luck he will be really set for 2026 season.

Yeah, I would rather he be out the whole year, especially if we aren't having a great year. Would probably be career ending if he reinjured the knee.

Good luck targeting the Thanksgiving game when we’re still in May. No one will have a good idea when he can return until well into the season. If he thinks he won’t be ready until 6 months from now when there’s only 5 games left then I seriously doubt he plays this season.

Nah it's actually 3 in 17 days. Thursday, Thursday and then a long week to the following Sunday. He misses the short week if he returns on Thanksgiving.

If the best they are hoping for now is thanksgiving then he’s likely not ready until Xmas and by that point it probably won’t matter…

They lie about injuries and rehab, and they have a crappy training staff and facilities as the players states in the recent survey.

Then add another Sunday and it is 4 games in 18 days.

And people wonder way Dallas typically collapses late Nov/Dec.

I agree with that. Obviously I hope I’m wrong but his body doesn’t seem to be able to withstand the stud his brain wants to be.
