Injuries suck, I just don't see him having a very long career. This one was serious and I doubt he's the same player when he steps back on the field.

Contrast Overshown's bilateral knee blowouts with the legendary, mythical, larger than life, first pick of the NFL Draft 1974, Ed "Too Tall" Jones, from the glory years of yesteryear, who never missed an NFL game due to injury.

I’ve never heard of an unsuccessful surgery.
Quite true. Even in 1972 surgeons were able to surgically attach Ray Milands head onto Rosie Greers body and both entities survived.

I wouldn't have believed it if I didn't see it with my own eyes

When have you ever heard a knee surgery being "unsuccessful"?
If ever it was to happen, it would be to a Cowboys player.

Remember that Cooks had knee surgery and they had to go back in again to remove later infection. The surgery was successfully but then he "Cowboyed it" by getting it infected to drag it out longer

When the paperwork at the end of the operating table is mixed up with another patient and reads "amputation below the knee" and it's not even the same leg...lol
