Wait.

I thought we were team Romo.

What happened?

Did dak all a sudden become more popular?

It's kind of funny that everyone who criticizes Dak is accused of being a "Romo lover" - yet the biggest Dak fanboys have rushed this thread and to hate on Romo.

....even though Dak hasn't won a dang thing yet either. Odd. Seems everyone who hasn't won anything are trying to shout to the heavens Romo couldn't win. Weird.

Tact or grace were never Terrell’s strong suit. Then again, this might be the nicest thing he’s ever said about one his former quarterbacks.

For all of his talent, it’s easy to understand why he was often ostracized. Nothing was ever his fault. And rarely does he pass up an opportunity to throw shade.

His nfl pension alone will pay him well over a million a year.

His version of broke is having to decide between keeping 2 vacation homes or 5.

Yeah not so much... By the way the 2018 average NFL pension was $43,000 per year... not quite well over a million...

"What former NFL star Terrell Owens learned from blowing through $80 million"

Legendary NFL receiver Terrell Owens knows a thing or two about money: the opportunities it can bring and the mistakes you can make with it. Since retiring from the NFL, the former wideout has been candid about his past financial turmoil.

Lol!! If he's broke, most of us are homeless!

He's not broke, but he is not worth nearly what some of you think he is. See above.

Owens is right. Tony was just an above average quarterback in an era of inflated passing stats.

Their are at least 10 quarterbacks playing right now better than Romo.

Mahomes
Brady
Wilson
Rodgers
Brees
Rivers
Watson
Ben
Luck
Ryan
Wentz
Goff
Have you been living under a ROCK? Romo was on the level of Brees, and Brady and far above all the rest except maybe Rogers, Ben, Luck!:omg:

romo is also a better father than owens. hasn't abandoned children all across the continent. was tony a better qb than owens was a wr?? probably not. but a better man in every other aspect. owens just continues to show what a miserable human being he is. but in reality he didn't have that great of a childhood. lots of chips still on his shoulders.

You can not compare Romos career To Brady, Rodgers, and Brees.

Even tony would tell you that.

Wrong. Even since 2014, the league has changed quite a bit. Want to see? Go look at average pass completion ratings this season. Then compare to previous years.

Defenses have been neutered beyond belief.
Even so. Romo wouldn’t be an elite quarterback in this era even in his utmost prime.

He doesn’t have the acumen or talent to be elite like Mahomes or consistently great like Brady.

He’s a good maybe great quarterback. Not elite.
