I'm doing it too but gotta be honest, I am on a recovery week and am taking it a little too literally, haven't done a thing in 3 days.

I'm doing it to gain muscle though, not to lose weight.

It's a great workout.

I didn't finish because I couldn't handle the commitment (Working two jobs between 8am-11pm each night, the second job being a manual labor job) & tore my ACL playing soccer. I made it through about 45 days, but researched the hell out of it. I quit my second job and once I have my knee surgery and I'm fully rehabbed, I'm going to go back and start from day 1.

You'll notice a major difference the first month in weight/waist size in the first month if you do everything right.

Depending on how overweight you are you may not notice much if anything in the second month. Not seeing anything in that month makes it difficult to want to continue, but stick with it.

The third month is where you'll know your body start to look like those after pictures that you want.

Pretty much what happened to me....I've started the program three times now....but the time it requires makes it extremely difficult to maintain.

I still think it's a great program, and I've adopted many of the exercises from P90x into my workouts, but I doubt I'll ever have the time to commit a minimum of an hour a day, six days a week, for 3 months.

I'm still dying to join a good Crossfit gym, but there isn't one anywhere near me. Some friends and I are thinking about opening one.

Crossfit is the ****. Talk about getting your *** kicked.....I did a few workouts with a friend. Wow. I could do the full 90 days of P90x, walk into a crossfit gym, and come out 30 minutes later feeling like I've never done a pushup in my life. It simply makes you break down to nothing during every workout....can't wait to get started.

Awesome man. Keep it up and good luck on it.

I've finished one round of it in the past but I'm still allowing my lazy but to be, well, lazy. i've got to stop doing that and get back into working out.

P90x is an excellent workout.

I really love the cardio of Insanity more, when it comes to cardio workout days.

Not P90X related, but I'm starting the Shaun T Insanity workout today. I'm not exactly looking forward to it, but I've started the diet and I have everything set up to do my first fit test today.

I have a feeling it's going to be a miserable experience. :D

Extremely tough cardio workouts. I've got that one as well and when I am actually working out, like I should be, I do P90x for the resistence workouts and on cardio days I sub in Insanity cardio workouts cause they're much harder.

Sweet mother of Moses. That's an insane workout. I felt like I was going to vomit for the last 10 minutes or so of just the damn fitness test. I can only imagine the hell that is coming my way tomorrow.

Even just the warmup to start the fitness test had me panting. That's sad. :(

No, you're not.....I'd also like to punch him in the face every time he crosses his arms in the "X" gesture. Dork.

My best friend and I started the program together and we used to make fun of Tony all the time. He's ridiculously corny. We used to just laugh at the dumb stuff he says.

But, dude's almost 50 and in ridiculous shape. So I guess he can say all the stupid crap he wants.

My roomie and I say the same thing! he's ridiculous...but he's a beast. I just mute him and play some music.

I've finished two weeks, however, the air boxing and yoga are not for me. I run 45 minutes or do an interval workout on those days instead. I love it though, I've notices some strength gain for sure. I'm looking to add a few pounds of muscle, but eating a pretty lean diet ...and about 160-180 grams of protein a day (i'm 175 lbs, 6ft tall).

I'm pretty cut and my chest and tri's are starting to get some size to them. I cant seem to get any size off my biceps though :-( .

Good luck sir!

You sound like you're pretty lean, so I doubt you have a real need for the Kenpo stuff....but I suggest you give yoga another try.

I hate the yoga dvd. It sucks, its' boring, and it takes forever....but the results are pretty impressive if you stick with it. Especially if you're not particularly flexible or have less than ideal range of motion. Yoga's ability to help with injury prevention is notable as well....and besides, it's not your typical yoga....you can actually get some muscle gain from it with some tweaks here and there.

After you get past the first 40 minutes it gets easy...
