I can't fault Green Bay. Favre kept saying he wanted to retire, then unretired. He told them finally he wanted to retire, and then when they gave Rodgers the starting job, Favre wanted to unretire.

Rodgers definitely did not like sitting behind Favre and did what he could to push him out of the organization.
