I think we have come to the climax of this discussion...
I've laid out a very possible scenario that could take place, which could drastically change the game by use of trick plays off this formation causing defenses to forgo defending against the tush push in favor of defending against a chuck yardage play. This would cause short distance downs to become guaranteed 1st downs for the offense.
Case in point is how wide open the WR/TE/releasing player usually is on fake FGs. But now a QB will be making those throws, not a kicker.
Everyone is side stepping the very real possibility.
Is this even real?
