the more i think about it, the more i think that, if we get pacman we will move up for mcfadden. 3 main needs are CB, RB, and WR. we can get top 10 pic talent in CB and RB, and get a WR in the second, as all the WR in this draft are roughly 2nd round talent. there will be some drafted in the first, but none that deserve to be.

i'm posting this to get yalls thoughts on it, am i crazy?

I dont want to move into the top-5 to get him...I'm hoping the Raiders pass on him (even though I know they probably wont)...if so, we have a legit chance to move up at 6, 7 or 8 if falls into those slots.

I honestly think everyone is getting all huffy puffy over nothing though, as I just cant see the Raiders (or the Jets at 6 if he gets there) passing on him

Our #22 and a 3rd for Boldin or Williams is more likely than us getting into position to get McFadden without giving up at least three of our top four picks this year. IMO.

It's not like you have any more clue as to what the asking prices are going to be come draft say than anyone else. We dont' even know where these players are on team's draft boards. Those stupid value charts are essentially garbage...see where I'm going here?

So, you can cry about people that disagree with you to your hearts' content, and I'll just sit back and watch.

I would rather trade our 2nd and 3rd round picks instead of a 1st and 3rd for Boldin or RW.

But I agree with you, all we can do is sit back and see what happens. I think if we trade for a WR, than a trade up is possible, if we don't trade for a WR, we will probably keep our two 1st round picks. Either way, we will all be sitting on the edge of our seats till McFadden is taken. And just imagine how quiet it will get if we hear "it looks like a team is trying to trade up". A little more than a month away.

I would like to have McFadden, but I would rather have Talib/F. Jones/Barber over Barber/McFadden. And I actually think the WOW player will be a receiver, either Boldin or RW (outside chance of CJ).

I don't know why it is so hard for people to understand this but you are NOT getting into the top 4 for just the 22 and 28 picks.
