I think that you got it right. It will be interesting to see if Quinn goes or stays. He might like to try to get back to back Superbowl wins.
I think he likes it here. He likes the roster he has. I don’t know his dream job but I think unless it’s somewhere he thinks is set to win then he stays.

Lose tomorrow: Cya

Lose next week: Think first, but probably Cya.

Lose NFC Championship or Super Bowl: Okay... you can stay. One more try.

Win Super Bowl: ROH!!! I always knew they had it in them!!! ;)

I stand on loyalties, that can be truthful, but I don't jeopardize my own ethics in the process.

What are your parameters for wanting Quinn and McCarthy to return?

I like to keep my expectations for coaches simple. If the defense holds the Packers to 20 points or fewer, then I'd like to see Quinn return. If the offense scores 24 points or more, then I'd probably like to see McCarthy return. Of course, there would be a few caveats with the head coach.
20 or fewer for Quinn is fine but i dont think he will return. Hes gone as HC

For Mccarthy it has to be to get to NFCCG at least. Points are meaningless

Good way to put it, I think the 2ND comment you made that more so applies to quinn

I’ve been ready for DQ to leave. MM isn’t going anywhere he’s got Dak playing the best football of his career and 3 straight 12 win seasons and a Div Champs this year. For me MM gets to at least finish out his contract he’s earned that.

I didn't know the fans had a choice in the matter literally doesn't matter whatever roster they put out whatever coaching staff whoever the ownership is it will always be the Dallas Cowboys we will always be watching the games.....

So what are your parameters if you don't get your way you're gonna turn in your fan card you gonna stop watching you're gonna change teams?

That’s a pretty simplistic set of criteria.

24-20 means both stay but 23-21 means both are fired?
Right lol:facepalm::muttley::lmao:i'm pretty sure that's not how jerry's doing it.. I mean we might as well throw darts at yes or no you know from maybe 60 feet... Or should we have a rotating target and then see if we can hit it....

I fully expect to see McCarthy back. He has lead this team to 12 win season the last 3 years in a row. Since taking over the work he has done with Dak has been great. I love Quinn and hope he stays and I think there is at least 50/50 chance he does stay. If not then that is the price of success

OMG, how many of you so-called Cowboys fans are going to fall for the BSPN schtick about McCarthy getting fired? There's been absolutely no hard evidence of any such thing occurring. Just a bunch of meaningless click-bait promoted by national media jocks.

Keep em both. Don't get why it's a discussion, but ok. DQ is good as gone tho.

They’re both great coaches and have already proven their worth. Madden players are always looking for some pie in the sky coach ignoring what they already have.

McCarthy comes back no matter what happens. I offer to pay for Quinn’s relocation services.

To be honest, and I don't believe I am saying this. MM leaving would be a bigger negative for this team than DQ, mainly because we have the horses on D and I think Harris can step into the role and make an easier transtion. Our O went through almost 15 years of the wrong OC and with the improvements we have seen this year, there really is no debate this would not have been the case with JG/KM

No loyalty or ethical righteousness in keeping a coach who loses in WC tomorrow. Great guy but hard decisions have to be made sometimes.

If they did lose tomorrow, time to move on to someone who can build the team AND win the clutch games.

I DON'T think they'll lose tomorrow, but just being honest about it if they did.

My parameters are that you never make a decision based on one game or set arbitrary point values. You make decisions based on the body of work, plans and direction.

They'll both be back if they want to be, and rightly so, no matter what happens in the postseason.
