Budddy is delusional and sees things others don'tWas there a thread I missed? I read 3 of them and didn't see that unless you are talking about the Eagles fan who I'm sure didn't watch the press conference
I was an OC and DC before becoming a HC. My first year as HC, I call both sides of the ball....we went 5-5, not bad for that school. I fired most of my inherited staff that off season and hired a 5 young coaches that called the game under my supervision, but allowed me to become more of a walk around coach, over seeking every aspect of the team and staff. We went 34-4, the next 3 years. I believe a HC, should not call either side of the ball and focus on the big picture. The flow of the game, clock and time out management, player substitution etc. You can see who is loafing, you can tell the OC to run the ball and allow your defense time to rest and the DC time to adjust etc.....and coach with feeling and not computer analytics......any word that starts with anal, doesn't belong in football.I think they call that a CEO type head coach..........Tomlin, Campbell and Harbaugh come to mind. I'm pretty sure Jerry is following his career closely........
Well, I don't expect miracles, not first,That is all good music to my ears, Parker was taught from some good coaches Fangio and Joseph. I myself love the idea of shifting from the 3-4 to the 4-2-5 and the 5-man front as well. These multiple fronts should confuse offensive linemen and really help with designed blitzes that result in pressures and sacks, and tackles for loss. Dallas should become a good run stopping defensive front, I am sure that will be priority number one for Christion Parker.
Well, you know the old saying,And I understand that you’re miserable. Your posts prove it.
lol...you need to brush up on your English! That is, unless you actually talk like that. lmaoWell, you know the old saying,
"Misery loves company",
Well, I some people in here who claimed to be Cowboy fans are old Cowboy fans, who are longer fans, they just love to come here find that little group to help lead their torches and pitchfork crusade,
they love to just troll...
He's just singing the blueslol...you need to brush up on your English! That is, unless you actually talk like that. lmao
What's sad is you love it more than you love just having civil back and forth conversations about the Cowboys.I love it when the haters get triggered.![]()
He would not know the bolded above if you ever tried to explain it to him. He actually hates himself, that is why he is and does what he does. What's sad is you love it more than you love just having civil back and forth conversations about the Cowboys.
You'd rather "troll" and "trigger" than converse and understand others points of view (which if funny to me given how often they have proven to be correct no matter how much you want to complain about them). Sad reality of a sad persona.
You reap what you sow. Good to see you’re triggered now as well. What's sad is you love it more than you love just having civil back and forth conversations about the Cowboys.
You'd rather "troll" and "trigger" than converse and understand others points of view (which is funny to me given how often they have proven to be correct no matter how much you want to complain about them). Sad reality of a sad persona I suppose. And you want to complain about others being negative. Pot calling the kettle black.
2076, tricentennial! When is he going to the HOF?
Yeah, I'm not much on quotes when it comes to the Cowboys. If quotes got teams to the SB, the Cowboys would be in it every year!“If you can win 1st down and you’re strong in the fundamentals, we’re getting off blocks, we’re tackling, we’re attacking the football and we’re situationally aware those are the defenses that are successful.”
Best quote from Christian Parker presser that some here were butt hurt over.
You're the only one that's butthurt. Just logging into this site makes you angry.“If you can win 1st down and you’re strong in the fundamentals, we’re getting off blocks, we’re tackling, we’re attacking the football and we’re situationally aware those are the defenses that are successful.”
Best quote from Christian Parker presser that some here were butt hurt over.
I find it amusing that some are all excited by simple coach speak. This is the sort of stuff they all say to the media to avoid saying anything of merit.
Sounds pretty basic to me.“If you can win 1st down and you’re strong in the fundamentals, we’re getting off blocks, we’re tackling, we’re attacking the football and we’re situationally aware those are the defenses that are successful.”

Not sure why some Cowboys fans are infatuated with Faulk. He reminds me of that draft bust we selected from Michigan. The Cowboys should stay far, far away from him in the draft unless he’s a Day 3 pick.Im really curious to see if we go with Faulk or Styles in the draft. Personally I'd love Styles, but im also intrigued by Faulk. His lack of pass rush production last season is a concern but there is some context and his character as well as dominant RUN DEFENSE me likey.
