Not ungrateful, but it didn’t get us to where we want to go ultimately. I know it’s not his fault, but just saying taking a running back in the first round is probably not a good idea when we have other needs.
RB is a need considering we don't know if Pollard will be back to 100% this upcoming season, followed by a bunch of backups. We don't even have a bellcow type of RB anymore. Opposing Defenses know that.

3.9 ypc being bad isn’t opinion. That’s a statistical fact.

now if you like zeke anyway then that’s your opinion.
Bro, you're definitely being a bit disingenuous.

Zeke's average/carry over the last 4 seasons:

2019: 4.5 ypc (yards per carry) average
2020: 4.0 ypc
2021: 4.2 ypc
2022: 3.8 ypc

The only year you are correct about Zeke averaging 3.9 ypc is last season (2022).

Anyone remotely considering a first round RB should read the very lengthy analysis on it from espn yesterday. TLDR ( it's a 29 minute read), it's a bad idea from a cost/benefit perspective. First round picks save you money, but the least advantageous spot to use those savings is the RB position.
