The culture finally got to him. He was gung-ho when he first got here and now he's turned into a me-first player with a terrible attitude. I knew it was only a matter of time
I love Micah. My bigger concern is he is going to get injured playing DE FT undersized and getting double and triple teamed.

1. Move him back to LB and play DE on passing downs. Pro long his career.
2. Trade him and he get paid a lot to be on some else's injured reserve list.

Trade him for two firsts. It has to be done now. Every game he plays next season his draft stock will go down. Discussion.

He's being misused, he should have taken over for LVE....but, no....Quinn wanted stats to use on his resume.
I agree he could get on the ball some in passing downs but there is no reason to leave him there all game just to get trapped by OL that are twice his size.

My concerns with Micah have always been how we handles stress and adversity, combined with the lack of leadership and culture in Dallas.

If/when he leaves this team, you can fully expect him to talk about the differences of that new team vs Dallas

We've already seen that many times, but Micah will be a lot louder.
