Going to be able to keep Gregory fresh by rotating him and Parsons at RDE on passing downs. DLaw was stout last week. I bet he plays 80%-90% of the snaps this week.
That's not what's happening on Sunday but thank you for your wish list. The Cowboys have found the higher % of defensive plays Parsons is on the field the better. The more he plays DE the less he plays. Now with DLaw and Gregory back, Parsons can return full time to playing LBer which means he will play near 100% of the defensive snaps. That's good for him and the Cowboys. Keeping Parsons on the field is the priority, not keeping Gregory fresh. We have other DEs to give Gregory a breather.

Parsons will be on the field for most if not all snaps, but he will be on the LOS for some of those snaps, particularly on passing situations, to give Gregory a blow.
