He is a better player (despite a different position) at what he does and in ten years will be remembered as a Cowboy legend. Dak will be remembered as a average/overrated/good QB depending on who you ask, but not a cowboy legend.A rookie is not more important to the Cowboys than their $40M/yr QB. Don't be silly.
That's just an opinion at this point, it doesn't mean much of anything. He is a better player (despite a different position) at what he does and in ten years will be remembered as a Cowboy legend. Dak will be remembered as a average/overrated/good QB depending on who you ask, but not a cowboy legend.
No, Dak is not as bad as Romo. Romo was the ultimate Gambler who would cause the biggest bone headed and costly mistakes. He's the owner of back-to-back-to-back 8-8 seasons where the Cowboys lost the division title and playoffs during the last game in all three seasons (2011 - 2013).Let’s not forget that horrendous o-line Dalton played behind either.
QB’s are the proverbial needle in a haystack, and we should still be searching. Dak is like Romo. Some great games, then poor play, then boneheaded decisions and throws.
Remove Dak from this team and we wouldn’t have 4 wins this season. He accounts for most of our production and TD’s. We’ve had the number one offense because of him. Despite Parsons great play our defense is still mediocre. Some of you are going way overboard and it’s pretty hilarious. Lol Demarcus Ware had 20 sacks one season and the Cowboys missed the playoffs. There’s no defensive player more valuable than a great QB and Dak is a great QB. The Cowboys aren’t winning crap without a solid efficient QB.
Dak has led the team to 10 fourth quarter comebacks...and 17 game-winning drives during his less than 5 fully played seasons. That’s easy to remember. Dallas continued losing games just like they did when Dak was healthy with the exception of the game that the Falcons gift wrapped for him. Later on in the season Dalton won a few games which was more than Dak did before his injury. For future reference, you might want to find examples of Dak winning games instead of putting up garbage time stats that many of you value more than wins.
Dak-hating trolls are on the loose.
Love Parsons. Guy is a future star.
Going to buy my son a Parsons jersey... This is a REAL Cowboy. Dak has his fans but in ten years from now? Parsons will be higher on the Cowboy mount rushmore than Dak.
I don't know, at the end of HIS rookie year Dak was a fourth-round draft pick who just went 13-3 with 23 TDs against 4 INTs, plus 6 more rushing TDs. "Legendary" would not have been an outrageous projection from those numbers. He is a better player (despite a different position) at what he does and in ten years will be remembered as a Cowboy legend. Dak will be remembered as a average/overrated/good QB depending on who you ask, but not a cowboy legend.
These guys crack me up! I love Parsons....but the fact that they have to throw Dak under a bus to make their point! Lol.....pendejos! Salud!
