Len Pasquarelli, of ESPN.com, reports the Washington Commanders have traded QB Patrick Ramsey to the New York Jets for a 2006 sixth-round pick.

Great pickup for the Jets, low cost with good potential...but now comes the million dollar question...who drafts Leinart/Young?

As a Cowboy fan, this is a pretty good way for this deal to go down. A 6th rounder isnt squat so it wont help the skins make up for their lack of a 1st rounder this year.

Patrick Ramsey was one of the most overrated players, in the minds of many fans, (mostly Skins' fans), in recent memory.

I know, I know, he's tough, etc. etc. etc. etc.

This trade verifies what the rest of the league thinks about him.

Well honestly, he never did get a fair shake. When Steve S was there, their OL was horrible and about beat the kid to death,, and since Gibbs as been there, he had no confidence that the coach would let him make a mistake, thats a lot of pressure, to play perfect or you lose your job. This kid has the tools and when he is ever given the chance to be the man.. i think he will do ok,, not a pro bowler or anything but def not a scrub either.
