Nope. I kind of agree with you. But if you haven't harmed anyone, I think there are measures you can take to prevent any harm in the future. But they have to take those measures. I don't believe anyone should have a chance at getting 3 DWIs. We're too lenient. I have no problem giving a first offense drunk driver 30 days and a ton of fines. Add to that 200 hours community service. You'll never see a 3rd offense. At least for most people. Cut the head off the snake right from the start.
