Must be haggling for a million here or there.

Never like it when visits take this long.

And everyone would complain if they over pay to get it done tonight.

It is a fine line to forvalue, will they get it done for a good price, who knows, but it takes intrigue to find out.

If they lose him for a good price we all can *****.

You add Hardy on top of that, and I think you have a pretty good looking defense.

Exactly.

The nonsense that some are spewing about how these defensive players are ranked below Elliott is just that... nonsense.

We tend to do that when it isn't the reality we want to accept.

I have no problem with Dallas drafting Elliott if they have him on equal footing with players like Bosa or Ramsey. I have no problem with Dallas drafting a QB if they have him on equal footing with Bosa and Ramsey. But I'm not going to belittle mostly universally higher-ranked players to make it seem like Elliot or a QB should be the obvious choice.

I don't want Dallas taking Goof if they have him 11th and they have Ramsey as the top prospect, and I don't want them taking Elliot if they have him 13th and Bosa third. It's only if they have them equally ranked that I'm not 100 percent sure which one I'd take.

I prefer the DE because our defense has to improve its pressure, but I can reasonably buy the argument for Elliot, Ramsey or Goff/Wentz in that case.

Bosa shldnt be in the same sentence as Elliott.. Elliott behind our Oline helps our team now in more than just 1 phase ... With Bosa u can only hope and he'll be Rookie pass rusher which further more tells me, he's more than likely not to hv a big impact... And his impact will be minimal compared to Elliott on this Dallas team imo...

When you have a top three to five OL, it would probably serve the team well to have a dominate RB. Start a new trend and screw the pass-happy league.

I agree. I hate the whole "look at this champion". I hate how copy cat things are. I'm not saying reinvent the wheel but how about play smarter? Rely on a dominant running game with a very good pas blocker.

HYPE!

Elliott will share time with DMC likely taking the leading role Randle did at the beginning of last year. Whether or not he actually succeeds is not certain.

Bosa will start at SDE and will start the first 4 games. Following that he will share time with Gregory in the DL rotation. Whether or not he will succeed is not certain.

Who? Another no name signing. Dude isn't even an upgrade from Carr

Yeah, I'm not sure how this changes the 2ndary or influences leverage with Carr or what effect it will have on the draft. Probably not a bad backup for Carr or Clay at a minimum.

Moving from a 54.7 in Carr up to a 79.4 in Robinson works for me...

Always a fan of grades, Pro Football Focus ranked Robinson as the 30th best cornerback in ’15, with a 79.4 overall grade. His run defense was 78.9, and his coverage grade was 78.1. Compare that with the cornerbacks from last season, and he’s head and shoulders above anyone on the roster of the Cowboys. The highest graded Cowboys cornerback from last season who was also ranked overall was Carr at 54.7 overall, followed by Claiborne at 38.5.

This is getting ridiculous that they cant or wont sign anybody, what's the use in bringing them in for visits?

So because you don't know enough football players besides Dallas cowboys that makes them a no name signing? Nah doesn't work like that bud. He's not a no name and he's better than Carr.
