Your excuses for that team are so docile. How about being this rational about the team for which you root.

My “excuses” for that team are valid because they’ve won 6 Superbowls since 2001 and always bounce back because they are disciplined and ran by Belichick. Dallas has been inconsistent since their last Super Bowl win. We have Jerry Jones and Garrett as our leaders on this team. It’s not exactly easy to be “rational” when it comes to this team and how it’s ran.

Just one game, yes. Next is their bye, and then @ Philly.

Looking down their schedule, they really hadn't played anyone up to this point. Best they've faced so far has been BUFF, and it was close.

Just the way the NFL goes. Chargers blew out the Packers as well. Dont use the Pats losing as an excuse to justify the Cowboys failures. When the Pats lose to a winless team, let me know.

What does a Superbowl have to do with what is happening right now? Why is so hard to accept that Dallas is not the only team that has played bums. Ravens are definitely the best team NE has played, but they went into NY last week and throttled Darnold a week after he beat the Cowboys.

Patriots always bounce back. Last year when they were 11-5, everyone said “oh! They suck! They’re not going anywhere!” And they won a Superbowl. I’ve learned to never doubt the Patriots and that still stands. Like I said, they are disciplined.

Dallas is the opposite of that and I’m sorry if I’m not “docile” when it comes to a team that lost against the 0-4 Ghost seeing Jets.

What does the pats losing on the road to a good team and being 8-1 have to do with anything about the Cowboys?

Somehow you are reaching for an excuse to justify the ineptitude of the Cowboys and using the Pats just seems ridiculous.

Now the argument changes. Before today, the Packers and the Patriots had no flaws. Now that they lose, some fans take the "any given Sunday" approach.
