You guys are kicking dirt on Brady way too soon. He's playing the best defense the NFL has to offer. His OL has blown it inside, but....
1. His team is winning
2. His team is favored to reach and win the SB over all others
3. He will still be #1 or 2 in MVP voting

Haven't watched game but friend said he's still taking NE -16 if I want to take Houston +16 at half.

What do y'all think? Can Houston keep up?

Last pass should have been picked off and I could see the entire progression and what the Pats were doing and he still threw it there.

People wonder why the Texans are cool on Bill O'Brien...he was the guy that wanted Osweiler at that price.

YR

It is generally understood here that Bob McNair was the driving force behind the decision to sign Osweiler. O'Brien never even had a face to face meeting with Brock prior to his becoming a Texan.

I said earlier that the Texans could go up 14, and I'd still believe the Pats would win.

Tony Romo. Is just makes too much sense. He won't have to uproot the family either. They can win the division easy. They have everything except QB.

And for THAT REASON, I'd ask for more than a 1st.

Ppl doubt we get a high pick for Romo.

But Houston is the epitome of a team who is 'one player away' and will overpay for an elite player (they overpayed for a crappy one in Osweiler)

They'd get comfortable if the offer is a 1st.

Me too. I said the Jones' wouldn't be comfortable. A first ROUNDER? Yes, please. The draft is loaded with good, young, athletic D. Ends.

Everything you saids right and I wasn't kicking dirt on him, in fact I think he can do it next season. But he'll be 40 going into that season. I do not believe he can do it beyond next year and I stand by that until proven otherwise because it's never been done. He will eventually run out of hits he can take from these huge defensive backs.

I expect the Pats to pull away in the 2nd half. The Texans defense has played well and they still find themselves down by 4 points.

Due to 3 plays or NE was dominated. Houston D can play better I feel. Brady has turned to throwing passes like ELI.

The OL is, to put it kindly, atrocious. Romo would never survive.

Hard to see that happening via trade. That would be a lot of cap space on two QBs for 2017.
