If you pay for Sunday ticket. You shouldn’t need to have peacock for this game or Amazon prime for
Thursday games.

If you do, that’s definite robbery.
You dont get anything other than sunday 1pm and 4pm (not game of the week) out of market games for sunday ticket

peacock, and thursday night games are a no go

The current logo goes back nearly four decades. Versions were used at various times for decades before it. The peacock is literally their brand. The odds were excellent that it would identify its streaming service just as Disney+ incorporating the longstanding Tinkerbell arc over its logo. Brand is everything.
I agree, but that is not a good name, and younger people have no clue about it. I believe it was to represent vivid colors when color tv came out.
I am not really into brands. Many are overated .

I guess it is robbery ! lol
Sunday ticket does say "Sunday" lol other days you have to get thru something else.
You dont need all the games lol, no one can watch 16-12 games a week !
I usually watch no more than 4 a week.

not saying illegal streaming is right because its wrong

but whos gonna pay for 15 million different streaming services?

give me the ole box tv with fox, cbs and espn
Noone has to have multiple streaming services. Just get something that has NFL network and wait for the replay.

Keeping up with all of these streamers, who's got what, is a real chore. You have to go to Peacock to get Paramount's Yellowstone seasons 1-4 but 5 is on Paramount+.

Finally got the Marvel stuff straight after Disney said No!! to Netflix.

And HBO Max is already going through a name change next week with no info about what's different.

Man, when I started watching the NFL, there were 3 commercial channels and PBS, that was it. Didn't need TV Guide, wanna know what's on? Turn on the TV, there's only 3 things going on and a professorial looking guy on the 4th channel with patches on the elbows of his sportscoat talking about whether Mesopotamians created dancing, which was stupid. Dancing was created by poorly dressed people, wearing Italian restaurant tablecloths in barns in Tennessee. They salted hams by day and dosi doed all night.

NBC, CBS, ABC, PBS -- and all four ended their programming between midnight and 1am...then started back up 6am in the morning.
Hello, fellow dinosaur!!

NFL will soon = PPV events only.

This Prime contract is stupid and now this.
i dont think they would do PPV events and im sure theyve thought about it and even tabled it

if anything they'll split the screen instead of 100% game it'll be 75% game and 25% ads and payment plans to have 100% of your screen be the actual game

sounds stupid but this is the NFL where the game is secondary to the ads

Not... sure how someone's age factors into knowing a logo but will agree there will always be those who are clueless. I did a little experiment surfing to peacocktv.com, downloading the Peacock app on my iphone, etc. I could not find the NBC logo I posted earlier anywhere, lol! Instead, it had colorful dots beside the Peacock name.

However, it was pretty evident that the streamer was NBC in short order since too many things popped up stating 'NBC' while navigating on the website, through the app, etc. It is what it is. Or isn't for some folks, I guess. :)

I live in Texas and get every Dallas game on Digital local antennae. I refuse to get screwed by paying for games I get anyway, free. Its just getting way out of control with the greed.

peacock is free if you have cable
Exactly. I have that channel anyway so I don't see how they can start charging suddenly. I just stay on my local channels and get all my Dallas games, and I am happy guy.

I will be checking into Peacock again because I have cable and NBC but the app asked for a subscription the one-and-only time I signed up for it.

That was not the case when I got HBO Max. The app asked for my cable provider if HBO was one of my premium cable channels.

Paramount+ is CBS's streaming service. It charges a monthly subscription regardless if you have the network on cable already.

NFL really stretching it's fans thin with how far they can push this BS

This is getting out of control! We are getting Nickle and Dimed to death! I was thinking of getting Sunday Ticket with YouTube but between the Cowboys probably playing a lot primetime and nationally televised games, I do not think I am going to do it. This paying to watch everything is getting old!
