Keep Mike but mix it up with the coaches. Solari can retire for instance. Bring in the biggest stud Oline coach you can find. New WR’s coach as well. The offensive staff needs a shake up.

I agree in regards to the mixup in coaches however to add, we need depth on the field. And I'm not talking about dumpster diving players like the Joneses are notorious for finding. I'm not asking for all pros at all positions but come on.....
