Well that's exactly what happened.

And you're being generous with the 5 on 3. It was more usually 6 or 7 on 3.

I believe that man to man will eventually create more TOs for us but I also believe that it's a matter of youth that we are fighting right now. Listen, our CBs didn't get worse overnite. I think that they saw some things they were not ready for and as a result, we got what we got. I know that when Rex Ryan or the late Johnson in Philly or Buddy used to see max protect schemes, they would send a CB or some kind of game changer at the offense. Something you could not account for. We just have to get better at it is all.

I was listening to Mike Ditka earlier and he said something that rings true. He said that there were a lot of times that the 85 Bears defense had people running free but opposing QBs couldn't find them because they were too busy running for their lives. We will get better at covering and getting pressure. I know we will.

Ditka also said that the Cowboys were a good football team and I believe he's right. We will be a good football team eventually.
