- Cole and Dwayne are slowly becoming easily replaceable. Moreso Cole, he doesnt really have a role at the moment anymore. It does seem he isn't getting open enough either when he does have chances.

- Harris is trusting his blocking and coverage on ST way too much and it hasn't been there for most of the season. Harris is still good at ST, he just can't work with much of the blocking.

- I am fine with Murray fumbling as it will bring his price down. He was the sole reason we were even in the game guys, relax. I would draft a RB to replace Randle if need be if anything.

- Dez should of caught a few balls that would of been 1 TD and a couple chain movers.

-When Witten misses a pass it scares me to death as it floats in the air for too long!

- Defense did OK, what killed us was Colt's mobility more than anything, and missed tackles.

- Rolando was still a force in the game regardless. Don't expect this guy to be Jesus with a star on his helmet. He will have some errors, he has been away from the game for quite a bit.

- Durant loss will hurt because our depth is awful at the LB position.

-Every year we struggle with Washington and Philly because they man up with lesser skilled players and blitz us to high heaven because it rattles Romo. Every year we fail to effectively implement screens and stretches. We need to learn how to counter that defensive mindset.

6-2 feels good regardless, Romo seems like a go. I still think we beat AZ as our OL will make a statement after last night. Also expect the defense to play with some extra umph as Marinelli will be on their backs all week.

Cheers.

We went 5-1 vs division last year. Hardly think they have our #.

Time will tell but I really think last night was an aberration

6-2 only feels good if we're 8-2 by the bye. if we are 7-3 at the bye then this game will come back to haunt us down the stretch.

i agree with you, i haven't given up on harris but I do think part of the problem is him. he's lost a few million this season imo.

idk why witten has that bad luck. it's either a tip ball or romo has put him in a precarious position to get his block knocked off.

my problem with murray is his lack of vision at the second level. i think he freaks out and runs to a defender. ap would have had 200 yds last night with the same holes/blocking.

*Bease was open on some of the plays Romo got sacked on. Romo didn't look at him much. Romo wasn't seeing the field well last night.

*Church was worse than McLain and Wilber. Church may have been the worse defender last night.

*Other than the fumble, I don't know how anyone can complain about DeMarco's performance last night.

Record isn't indicative of how the game was played. We needed to beat the Skins on the final play of the game last year in WAS remember? Philly games have always been the same way. Regardless of the outcome, the style of game that is played is always the same.

Even though we won some games against Haslett's defense, Romo hasn't played well against them. Romo seems to always get beat up playing against his defense.

This from Sturm's article today...

"Romo is now 4-4 against Jim Haslett’s defense with a passer rating of 84.8 in those meetings and a very low yards-per-attempt of 6.88. Both of those numbers are severely below his 96.8 ratings and 7.65 YPA against the rest of the league. And versus blitzes? Before last night, Haslett had him at a passer rating of 69.8 and a 6.47 YPA"

People forget that AP had fumbling issues his first couple of years in the league. Demarco's fumbling issues aside. I don't think AP is a far and away improvement of the Cowboys game as a whole. If he were, then I'd be for it

If he was a few years younger, I might be onboard. But you have to think he's looking for 1 last long sustaining contract that would probably take him well into his 30's and beyond his ability to remain effective for an entire season. If the Cowboys can't keep Murray, which is a real possibility all things considered, I'm hoping they are looking at the draft and specifically, my pet cat, Todd Gurley.
