They were doing Unit comparisons between Colts & Dallas.

He said Manning over Romo

Colts O line our Oline

RB's split (***?)

Our Receiver over Colts

Our D line over there D line

Our Linebackers over there linebackers

Colts Safeties over our Safeties

The one that pissed me off. He took the Colts Corners over our Corners.

Said our special Teams over Colts Special teams and thinks Vinnatierri is not a whole lot better than Folk.

He did throw out a stipulation about the Colts receiver. He said once Harrison comes back for the playoffs that he gives the Colts the slight edge and that included Dallas getting Glenn back.

He said the Colts O-line was better based on the type of offense they run and how in sync they are with Manning. He seemed to imply that Dallas had more talent along the O-line, but the Colts have just been playing together for a long time.

i would give them the rb position.

I wouldn't. Maybe a slight edge to Joseph Addai over Marion Barber, but Julius is better than Kenton Keith.

Romo always seems to beat the Manning Bros. when we play them. Also, is their D statistically better than ours? I think we are the better team overall. The record at this time of year speaks for itself.

I can't pick the Cowboys DLine over the Colts DLine with a healthy Freeney.

I'd say Romo is playing AT LEAST as well as P Manning THIS year.

This I agree with, but you have to give the nod to Peyton now because of the ring and the fact he's been doing it for ten years.

King actually spoke very respectful when he talked about the Cowboys (I think that it took Cowturd by surprise, because he had earlier stated that he thought the Colts were better in all but two Units). King told Cowturd that Romo was not that far behind Manning, that he loved Newman, Teams feared the Dallas outside Backers and was very impressed with Folk. Not 100% on board with all of his opinions, but he didn't slam Dallas.

Freeney is not coming back this season. I can easily pick our OL over there OL. In fact, I do believe that we have the best OL in the league.

It may be a push. King was giving way too much credit to Gonzalez and his development for the playoffs.

a healthy Harrison vs. TO
both are very good. I would say a push

Wayne vs. a healthy Glenn
I give the slight edge to Wayne. At best a push, but Wayne in 7 seasons has 2 more career TDs than Glenn in 11 seasons.

Gonzales vs. Crayton
I go with Crayton. Gonzales is just a rookie. Come crunch time I go with experience

The rest of the receivers for both teams are really just bodies right now. None have done enough to show who is better.

King did not mention tight ends, but I would say Witten is better than Clark.

I just think he has it backwards. ;) Our Offense is better than theirs, but their defense is better than ours. The statistics on nfl.com seem to say that. The AFC teams have better D than us.

QB- Eh, I can see it. Romo has outplayed Manning this year, and by a pretty good clip. But I think Peyton is probably a better QB even if he isn't playing like it this year. Ultimately, should we play them, all that matters is who is playing better currently....but if you want to look at the bigger picture in terms of overall skill, I understand giving Peyton the nod.

RB- I think Addai is probably the best overall back on the two teams. But we have a better tandem.

TE is probably pretty close. Clark doesn't get as many looks as Witten does, but Clark is a very good TE and a perfect fit for them. Witten is better; but Clark is clearly a good TE and the drop off isn't considerable.

OL- Pass protection wise; you've got to give it to us. Its been great for most of the season. Run blocking wise, dunno. Haven't seen enough of the Colts.

Overall, I think we match up well with them. The one thing that concerns me is how soft our zones have been. Peyton would have a field day picking apart our zone defense if the pass rush isn't there.

Fortunately, we have the talent to get after the QB. It just needs to be more consistent.
