2 years, 15 million for the 32 year old Patrick Peterson.

Or, this for the 32 year old Stephon Gilmore as well as a 5th round comp pick.

Gilmore was a lot better last year and didn’t look nearly as close to the end as Peterson.

I’m not a GM but anyone can tell Gilmore is the better of the two.

Peterson had a better season last year than guys are giving credit for. Not sure if he's as good a fit coverage wise as Gilmore. But surprised Cowboys didn't sign Peterson for what he signed for.

Multiple publications actually had Peterson as a pro bowl snub last season. It was his best season since 2018.

Either would have been a good choice but Peterson was 100% good last year lets not kid ourselves

Peterson. Gilmore played well, but Peterson played at an elite level last year. Completion % allowed under 60% and QBR allowed under 70. About 63% allowed and 83 QBR allowed for Gilmore

Agreed. I don't understand this theory that Peterson wasn't good last year.

Interceptions, pass deflections, and solo tackles last year where all the 2nd highest he's ever had in his entire career..........

It would be patently false. Peterson played near an All Pro level last year. He is cheap because he is 32.
