But I read on here that Jaylon sucks and is the worst linebacker in the league...

I rank PFF #99 in informative material.
I will adjust my ranking when this publication releases a detailed description on their ranking formula.
I don't pay for access to PFF, but here's a link to the LB grades so far for the season. In the link, the top 3 are shown, then the rest are in some random order. Just click the player's name and you will get their overall grade and rank.

Parsons is #3 overall
Jaylon is #20 overall
LVE is #67 overall
Neal is #66 overall
A couple that I also found interesting:
Myles Jack is #51 overall
Anthony Hitchens is #63 overall
Well the second half was terrible for the whole offense.I assumed giving up a fumble for a touchdown and failing to score on that goal line might’ve hurt him but I honestly don’t know if they factored that in to their score. He also had a 39 QBR somehow which is insane. They believed he played better last week than this week lol.
what do your eyes tell you about jaylon? like what has your impression been of his overall play?
Don't be fooled. Jaylon is not good.
You have to understand that PFF grades every play and they don't weight them. Each play is scored +1, 0, -1. So, Jaylon might score a -1 on a missed tackle that turned into a 50 yard TD, but the next series he scores a +1 for a run stop on first down. In the PFF scoring system, that run stop essentially nullifies the missed tackle that turned into a TD. A fan or anyone viewing at home will have a far different impression of his play. So, whats the point right? Their system measures effort and consistency as much as anything. If a guy scores 90+ on their scale (Zach Martin is currently doing), they are essentially playing at a HOF level. Anything over 80 is pro bowl level. 70+ is considered a decent game. Anything under 70, usually means they hurt the team more than helped the team to some degree. So, again, a guy can make a came saving INT and get carried off the field, but his PFF score might still be 49. Fans will celebrate the clutch play and idolize him for the play. PFF considers that just one snap among dozens of others.

unless I don'tAnd you’re gonna see it and read it more before the season is over...
I thought my post was dripping with sarcasm, but I guess you failed to pick up on itThat was last year. Not sure if you are aware, but its a new season and it seems Jaylon has woken up.
