Eugene Lockhart
DD Lewis
George Andrie

For those of you who don't know about Andrie, he was all pro 4 times and a 5 time pro bowler. Had 18.5 sacks, and in a 14 game season.
Possibly the most under rated DL of the Doomsday
Ticks me off about the NFL not making sacks an official stat until the 80's
Bob Lilly, Andrie. Too Mean as well
All the older players like Merlin Olsen; who knows how many sacks some of then had

As I pointed out, every player that has gotten 6 First team all pros has made the HOF. And zach has two second team as well so he is in.
Only question is how soon he gets in

I'm expecting Tyler Smith to be All-Pro this season as the start of his path to the HoF.

The 2 reasons most fans haven't noticed:

1: The Goodell era rules won't allow OLinemen to pile drive defenders into the ground the way Larry Allen did it.

2: No John Madden to rave about Tyler's ability to over-power even the biggest/strongest DLinemen.

There is a stats site that has reviewed all the games and assigned sacks to players going back to 1962...

Tyler is only on list because he’s a guard.

Tyron is having a better season (check pff, which is the only metric on this tweet), but there are a couple of tackles playing balls out.

We are lucky to have such a great left side of the line.
This isn't true.
Tyler has insane movement skills for a lean 332-pound man. He is a physical freak at 22.
Tyron is insanely skilled and playing LT at a very high clip but he isn't moving people the way Tyler does and especially not at the 2nd level.
He has also played 1 less game.
Tyron and Zack are both going to the Hall of Fame but this year Tyler has been better.
...Both to PFF and the naked eye.

Where the Cowboys hurt now are on the right side, especially at right tackle where Steele just isn't maintaining contact on plays. He opens the gate onto Prescott and the running backs.

Can you do us a favor and let us know the indications currently on Steele?

Steele has been as bad as it gets on the year and still sits rated under 50 at 48.4; but he was better the last two weeks.
We did not give up a sack in either game and the Panthers actually moved Burns around trying to find a weak spot to attack.

Tyron has shot up like 4 points in the last 3 games. He's now only .8pts below the Left Tackle leader (Darrisaw).

That's crazy that he has a realistic shot of making day one pro bowl roster and all pro team. The big thing though is of course he needs to stay healthy !

This is a really good OT class, but not sure you’re going to find a starting caliber LT iat the end of round 1. Are we going to find someone better than Tyler Smith ?That’s the question. Team will probably also need a Center. The off-season is always fun.
