GM Jerry put together one of the top two WR corps. Give it up for him. Added Fehoko in the 5th round this year and also added some nice UFAs in Vasher, Eagles, Smith, and Mitchell. Parker, on the PS last year, looked good in OTAs.

But there is a good reference point....in 2019 Golden Tate said this:

New Giants receiver Golden Tate said Detroit's Matthew Stafford is the best quarterback he's ever played with during his nine NFL seasons and praised the underrated signal caller's abilities. Tate's words carry even more weight when considering he also previously played with Russell Wilson in Seattle and Super Bowl MVP Nick Foles in Philadelphia.

"Stafford's been the best quarterback I've played with," Tate said Sunday ..... "The guy can flat out play, he's tough, and his attitude is amazing, and he just wants to play ball. For me, I have nothing but praises for him. It’s almost unfair despite how great he is, he doesn’t have a ring to show for it.”


I know none (or few) of us agree that Stafford is better than Wilson ( I sure don't) but that was a direct quote from someone who played several years with both.

Give the man some props!

With all due respect to Tate.........I expect him to say that about Stafford when talking auto the "ClickonDetroit.com" lol. When talking to the Seattle press I expect him to say Wilson is the best QB he's ever played with lol.


Also.....probably doesn't help that Russell Wilson and Golden Tate dislike each other or did at the time of those comments lol.

They have Diggs, Emanuel Sanders and Cole Beasley. Very good no doubt, but definitely not top 3. Diggs had ONE great year and has pretty much been hurt the rest of his career off and on. Sanders is quality, but over the hill. Beasley is a little possession guy.

Definitely take Minnesota over them with Theilen and Jefferson and the guy has them ranked 9th or 10th?
