Well, we have certainly invested enough for a top 2 WR group ranking.

Lockett - from a pure receiving standpoint, his career numbers wouldn't wow you. Our FF league gives credit for return yardage though & you could pretty much count on him to get you decent points when you needed a replacement WR. I always targeted him as a later round pick.
