While you're right....a lot of those turnovers were just stupid. Stupid to throw it to begin with. I just expect more from him at this point.

And maybe I need to revisit my Chargers opinion because when they faced the Jags I don't recall guys being hurt. Especially their core guys.
Agree on Allen. After the playoff performance the year before, I thought he had taken the next step. So, it was disappointing to see some of those decisions.

I know Slater was out & I believe they lost another guy during the game and were having to shuffle the line. I think the receivers were "back" but not necessarily healthy. Can't remember about defensive players. They had the Jags though. No excuse for letting them come back like that.

They drafted 2 receivers as they know Allen & Williams are injury prone and aging. Who knows if it's enough to really make them competitive in that division.

I give up. Can't discuss with people who won't reason.
The word "stupid" may not be used. But plenty of been critical of their bad faith comparisons.
You don't have to give up. ITs not really even an argument. People have disagreed with it. But you were the one calling it stupid which is why I said you're in the minority in that regard. We aren't always going to agree on everything on this site it's silly to get upset over opinion. I was just speaking on your wording. The only reason you find it stupid is because it doesn't say what you want lol.

It would still be stupid, regardless of what it said.
That's why it's stupid. It's objectively a bad practice. It's logically flawed, and somewhat dishonest.

This is a thread claiming Dak is great though....
Well, the NFC is really down now with no Elite QB’s left. So it’s really tough to say who the top QB would be in NFC.

In AFC Dak wouldn’t make the top 5 and might be in Top 10.

Surely in NFC we’d have to go with MVP Runner Up for top QB in NFC?

After that it’s really a toss up for the best of the rest non Elite QB’s in NFC.

Right now the NFC is very much inferior to the AFC when it comes to QB’s as all Elite QB’s are in that conference .

The NFC is so down now at QB I guess I could see an argument made for Prescott but is he really more talented than Hurts, Stafford and Murray?

Personally I’d put Hurts and Stafford at least ahead of Prescott. But 3rd or 4th isn’t bad even in down NFC for QB’s. It’s much higher than most of his critics would place him.

Easy now. Dak Prescott is a top 10 quarterback in the NFL. Soon enough he won’t be one of the ten highest paid. So he will be a “discount”. Allen and Herbert are exciting to watch, not necessarily the most effective. I think it’s a little early to call them elite. Hurts isn’t “elite” either, but when Richardson after 13 starts, and Lance a couple years ago, can be drafted as high as they both were, you can see the direction the league seems to be going. All that running around is going to make the back up quarterback on an NFL team that much more important, because like running backs this “new breed” of QB1s are going to have comparatively short careers.

You're generous with "elite" because I only count 1 elite QB in the AFC. MAYBE 2.

AFC is tough.

Mahomes
Burrows
Allen
Herbert - not proven anything yet
Rodgers - wow, can't believe he is in AFC now

but can't think of anybody else who might be better.
Tua? he can't even remember his name. he is up and down. needs a lot of help and still a big question mark.
Lamar Jackson? yeah, MVP, but sucks in playoffs. and given his style of play, will be injured often. I don't like his style of play.
Watson? he sucked last year. two years before he was out of football completely. not sure if he will get back to what he was. even then he was up and down
Lawrence? not ready to annoint him anything. last year was average, maybe slightly better. needs a lot of help. ascending player, but not there yet.

A real favs wants the team to actually improve. The names on the back of the jerseys don’t mean squat.

A Dak over Dallas fan, like yourself, just wants to watch Dak play.

Y’all got exposed when Cooper Rush played. The Cowboys winning games wasn’t fun when Dakky poo wasn’t playing.
You can be a fan of Dak and a fan of the Cowboys. Those things are not mutually exclusive.

The only time it is, is when you are too deep in the hate.

Coop had a good run...until Philly exposed him. Dak...not so much.

The 49ers exposed him twice.

You cannot be both a Cowboys and Dak fan at this point.

You're either one or the other.

Either you care that Dak is a loser that will never lead the Cowboys to anything or you don't.

We know where you stand, Dak fan.
