Ironically matt mosely said yesterday that he thinks..wink wink..meaning he talked to them down there.....that they are sick of Dallas and Dallas is overhyped and overrated and they deserve the attention instead of hearing about Dallas.

Which is odd, since no one picked us to do anything but spare everyone to death and ironic that mosely would say this since basically the only thing he actually does correctly at his job is overhype teams. The only reason he does that right is because you cant be wrong overhyping teams....being wrong is the essence of it.

anyway. Romo must be sick of brees. Romo would have played at purdue if not for Brees!!

It would be really great to win saturday. I still am ticked off about that onsides in 06.

Weren't they saying before the NE game that DAL was the team they were really looking forward to playing, too? IIRC, it was phrased in a way that implied some respect, too. I bet this is Payton using his former team as a foil to focus his players.

I like the Saints, and don't want to stop rooting for them because of some trumped up rivalry that means nothing to Dallas. Here's hoping we win and make it a non-issue.

Sounds like he's trying to pump the team up; you know, be a "leader."

Guess that's not what people want.

talking to the media is being a leader?

I don't know, but I do know that the Saints started game planning for the Patriots game when the season started.I wonder if Dallas got the same consideration?

I like the attitude - at least it shows that at least one of our guys is angry and plans to show up and play football Saturday.

Of course the "walk the walk" crew will be out in full force, and if we lose the "they mailed it in crew" will be here as well.

I like the attitude. Hopefully the chip on the shoulder transfers to the rest of the team and the coaching staff.
Amen.

Would it work if Bobby Carpenter tried to be a leader?
