Ha, did not realize that Ms Williams was part of the Jones family Where she would actually know this information as fact. I guess she got this inside information from the usual Unamed sources! It seems that u r the person who is freaking lost here budd, WAKE-UP Sleepy…

Been quite some time, but I remember him being a clown in the locker room.

But 15 years is quite a while and he's a grown grown man now. Hope he does well and is doing well.

Guy is literally one of the best guys out there, Has never been a clown. Have a doctor friend that’s run a charity for over a decade now and Choice has always been a part of it even when it was smaller. Shows yearly and involved.

...he was the one who was running around in the locker room filming and acting like a knucklehead and releasing the footage to YouTube back in 2010. It was a peek into the environment Phillips created there. He was absolutely a clown, like most of that team was.

What do we lose out on? how many yards? tds per game? penalties?

yea we know the Jones boys, but this is cutting it thin on the Jones hate. Who knows what the deciding factor was, and if anything im glad Jerry didnt over pay and give someone Schot many not have wanted or would have had ot accept.

this isnt worth fighting on. RB coaches dont make the difference. We could have had a stellar RB coach and you are ONLY getting 2 yards out of Zeke.

Calm it down.

Yeah! When I saw the name here thats the first thing I remembered. Those videos were very weird lol.

Frankly, money aside, it's a smart choice by Choice. He goes to a team with an already stout running attack instead of to one that has to build one.

Why would the Jones' change anything?? Why would they pay coaches more when they can pay less and still get delusional fans to pay for tickets/jerseys and fill their pockets? It's like owning a company and paying a worker less to get the same product and turning more profit. Until they start seeing a decline in sales/tickets they won't change a thing.

So far this coaching hire cycle has shown me one thing the Joneses have not learned one lesson from the Eagles winning the Super Bowl. They are dug in even more to winning it their way. I hope everyone is prepared for the free agency cycle of disappointment when Washington pays our free agents. Can’t wait for the annual Jerry Jones catch phrase when he is interviewed at the Combine.
Very strange isn't it. The more the NFL shows how to evolve and win. the more the jones stay put and even double down on it. Stubborn sons of birch trees!

750K for a RB coach?! I’m glad we passed.
The NFL minimum for a rookie is $840,000. I would think any coach of an NFL team is at least worth the same salary. Ultimately, you get what you pay for.

why does everything around here have to be done twice it's already done that we had this conversation already a long one when he was a possibility about coming here he actually turned down to other NFL teams besides the Dallas Cowboys let me remind you how this went and maybe I'll go back and link you to the post this had nothing to do with money he leveraged Texas for more money yeah and then he turned their back on him that's bad character for one I'm not happy about that I don't want the guy but he went back to the lions because he wanted to be reunited with gifts if he was gonna come to the NFL he needed more than just money he felt like he's going to a place that's already basically built for him everyone's around here saying it's gonna help Gibbs really I don't think that team needed that much help that a simple running back positional coach is gonna make an impact anybody who thinks back coach all of a sudden makes a big difference like an impact on the team a really delusional and you're stretching out your hate for Jerry Jones and the fact that he didn't land a guy but you forget to mention the other teams he turned down...

We call that hater talk.. Guess the fact is none of you have any information whatsoever on how much money the Dallas Cowboys offered to shark choice how much the other two teams offered choice you don't even know what the lions are paying him because you know why it might come to some surprise that the NFL doesn't really have any information to be found about positional coaches contracts or how much money they make because we can find out about a lot of the regular coaches you know the coordinators and the head coaches because it's all online their contracts what they signed for with their bonus money was but there's nothing on running back coaches or wide receiver coaches I literally look for a very long time and there's not a list you can find me because if there is go ahead if you think this was about money show me..

I want everyone of you in here to prove this is about money because either you no choice personally and you talk to him yesterday and you know how much money he was offered by the lions but short of that show me the list that you can find online of the top 10 running back coaches and what their contracts are what salary they make and then tell me what the Dallas Cowboys offered show me the offer you guys are making assumptions because you like to RIP on Jerry that is the reality right here you are straight up haters anytime you hear something it goes right back to Jerry must have been cheap and it's not even true not a lick of truth to it we already have these conversations and two weeks later we're having the same conversation.

But go ahead I dare you find me the top 10 I want you to list their names 'cause that's gonna be difficult to do and then list their salaries of every running back coach in the top 10 of what you feel they're the top 10 best running back coaches in the NFL what are their current contracts go ahead tell me tell me and show me because when we went and did this we found out that Jerry was paying Mike McCarthy around 15 not the cheapest he was paying Dan Quinn $4.5 million to stay here in 2023 which is all he's making right now as a head coach so Jerry was overpaying Dan Quinn but we don't talk about that to keep the guy here he went out and paid him and everybody in the end the east we're making almost about the same money as at head coach at the time when Mike McCarthy was coaching here they were all making around the same money so everybody here is saying it's cheap we've been through this it's not even true..

Can you tell me this was too long didn't read you can skim but the only reason you're gonna say that is because you know I'm stating facts none of you are gonna be able to tell anyone exactly how much money these running back coaches are making in the NFL what their actual contracts are you there is no actual trail to tell us how much the Cowboys offered him he literally is making this move to go be pared back with an easier job with a familiar place and didn't we call that nepotism that's right they're bringing two people back together that know each other very well and he's not gonna have to do much work to make himself look like a genius because he's taking the easy way out...

The fact is there's no proof that a running back coach makes a damn difference I went back and looked I couldn't even find the money that they paid Gary brown here a long time running back coach and that should be on Google somewhere right but it isn't because they the fact is we don't know what NFL positional coaches make... How'd you know this I've never seen championship teams great teams good teams think man we gotta add a better running back coach in order to get over the top the missing piece I mean it's the running back coach right we make a big deal about the running back coach here because you want to bank on Jerry.

Rant Over

And yet we are two pages thread deep already complaining about not hiring a RB’s coach?! Lol
in there about 7 pages from 2 weeks ago on the same subject that's what people do around here it's a running backs coach when's the last time I remember A-Team going man if we get that running back coach it's gonna change everything about our team like the missing piece the secret sauce, I didn't know it was a positional coach..:muttley::popcorn::angry:

:oldcouple::facepalm: this is ridiculous, false, and wrong. straight overreactions as usual. So the eagles must be really dumb they should hire Kellen Moore at all cost and for sure how could they let choice because if he's the best running back coach of all time then why isn't he on another team that's not the Cowboys since the Cowboys the only one making these mistakes you know what's really dumb the running back coach does not mean **** you can't even name the top 10 running back coaches without looking up on Google you're telling me the eagles have a great running back coach but if they're smart eagles do everything right they would have done everything they could to keep killing more since he's so special you make him the assistant head coach you elevate him in every way and double his pay that's how you keep him why didn't they do that Jerry Jones paid Dan Quinn head coaching money to stay here is the defensive coordinator that's a fact but it gets lost on some of you... The ridiculous comments in here will never stop because you want to find everything you can to complain about especially with Jerry Jones but it's not true at all running back coaches are not that important but we got a good one it's important to have a good one we had one of the best ones for years here but it didn't get us the Super bowl Gary brown was one of the top running back coaches in the league and I bet you can't tell me how much money you make because you can't find it this is not about money they put together one of the better Staffs I've seen around here in a long time in my opinion I think it all looks really good and somehow you don't see that?

Post up a Link showing too expensive. Thx…
I can tell you this they won't be able to say that because you're not gonna find available information on all 32 teams contracts for positional coaches they don't exist there's not a single one available through Google that tells what the current coaching contracts are for positional coaches and I bet you're not gonna find the offer that Dallas offered choice as well as the two other teams he turned down he turned down those teams he leveraged to get a better contract with Texas and then turned his back on Texas to go because she knew job is not gonna have to do much work with I mean really that offense it's already set the the run game is already at its peak it's not gonna get better he took a job that he was comfortable with he wanted to reunite with Gibbs and had nothing to do with money at all anybody in here says that just wanna complain but there is no money trail for positional coaches I'd like somebody to go ahead and do that research and show me current contracts for the top 10 running back coaches and then explain how a running back coach became so important that it needed about 10 pages 2 weeks ago and now started a new one and it's already 7 pages deep this is insane this is the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen...

here we go again tell a running back coach is going to change the nature of a teams, and its success, I never knew that, I didn't know that there was magic from positional coaches, I didn't know how important they were...

I didn't know they were the missing piece AKA the secret sauce, somehow on here it became super important already but everyone thinking this is about money it's not even about money because nobody knows how much most of the positional coaches make in the NFL that's a fact I discovered this two weeks ago we had this conversation there is no proof on what money the Cowboys are offering some of these coaches because they don't exist for some reason there isn't a money trail for positional coaches there's no contract talk there's no details but yet everyone jumps to that conclusion the fact is choice turned down to other NFL jobs at the same time apparently they were cheap they didn't know what they were missing they didn't double the money here's the thing what did the lions pay to shark choice now what was his other offers I think he went here out of comfort he wanted to be back with Gibbs he wanted to be in a job that was very comfortable and easy in my opinion kinda lazy he's going back to what he knows but he's already in an established place with an established run game and established offensive line that doesn't need really help but hey kudos to him..

So choice is how much better than our RB coach, any proof? Can we name all the top 10 running back coaches in the league and then list all their salaries cause until then I want all this nonsense to stop it's just ridiculous we just did this two weeks ago and here it starts all over again...

Lmao:facepalm::popcorn:.

I want to "accidentally" drop a quarter off the highest building in Dallas and see if Jerry and Stephen leap after it.
