Again, I've been addressing and proving exactly WHY they were in contact with the NFL. You're diverting it to WHAT they said.
I can see you're unwilling or unable to keep up.
I can see that you don't understand what the lawsuit is about. That much is clear. And you have other issues as well. Add one nut to ignore. Done.

You haven't demonstrated anything unless you know what they told the NFL and you don't know nor does anyone of us on this board have access to that information.

Lol. You're out of your depth.

What is a video surveillance going to uncover without audio except verifying the contact or interaction was made. And whatever physical contact or expressions that were made?
make no mistake, her reaction to this interaction will matter, no matter what you think. If it is just her word vs his...the video will matter. Now add in the 3 witnesses that supported Mike's view of what happened....... we shall see.

I have never said he was unable to walk, he is the one using the "drinks excuse". Hope he has better luck with it than I did with my wife the next morning.

You are an Irvinite and that's OK, you like him and I don't and that's OK too.

Hey, I have no problem with the Irvinites here, that's as good a reason for defending him as my not believing him because I do not like him.
Unlike you, I look at the info we have available and actually draw zero conclusions. NOTHING that has come out, except for the witnesses that made statements, matter. This will be decided in court. I cant wait to hear the deposition from this JANE DOE.

That is a joke as well She slams this man's career, but she remains anonymous.

He has not been fired from his job.
Im the one that has been stating that fact, which is why they arent being sued. BUT, if you think just because he has not been officially fired that his career hasnt been hurt, you are ... maybe a little in lala land? The NFL Network is smart enough to not immediately fire him. I would think they are in fact doing an actual investigation themselves, unlike Marriott.

You asked why it hadn’t been released yet and I said cause it wasn’t ordered to. Of course another judge has ordered it. I believe they have a closing date to adhere?

I doubt it’s going to reveal much. The smoking gun is probably her testimony.
I think you are going to be surprised. That video will speak volumes to a REASONABLE person watching it. If she says he said something so vulgar that the hotel thought it was so bad to kick him out and the NFLN remove him from the air, yet her response on video was a smile and a handshake or a polite head gesture and walk away with a smile...... I doubt any reasonable person will be able to reconcile those two things. Again, we shall see... but you are so sure the video will show nothing.... because deep down I think you know what the video will show, and it will look good for Mike, and you hate the idea of that happening.

I havent seen many posts from you, but you should post more often. Rational thought is a good thing.
The facts will come out during the discovery process. The video will be produced soon. Chances are that the truth will come out at some point. No one on this board knows what really happened right now, they are just speculating.

That’s the first I’ve heard Irvin’s employment with NFLN regarded as such. Not sure if that’s correct or not .

According to this link he signed with NFLN but doesn’t stipulate whether he’s an independent contractor .
https://barrettsportsmedia.com/2022/08/30/michael-irvin-inks-extension-with-nfl-network/

Regardless they still have the authority to bench him from their SB coverage. And we can see why the Marriott would have contacted them.
so make it clear for someone slow like myself.... why exactly would Marriott contact the NFLN?

We don’t know exactly what was alleged in the employee's complaint .

And we can only speculate why they’d contact them.
Wait, above you are saying we can only "speculate," as to why the hotel contacted the NFLN.
But here is what you said above, "Regardless they still have the authority to bench him from their SB coverage. And we can see why the Marriott would have contacted them."

I thought you said it was pretty clear as to why they contacted the NFLN. So which is it? We can clearly see why, or we can only speculate?

So much can be read from a video. No idea if this one will be the endall, but I think it will be quite enlightening myself.

I've demonstrated WHY they contacted the NFL, and posted proof/facts they are a relevant party that by Hotel policy must be contacted when a guest is removed.
Do you have Marriott policy regarding hotel guests being removed? Id liek to see it. Ill take your word that it is hotel policy to INFORM that employer that an employee was removed from their hotel. BUt I bet that it is not hotel policy to state some accusation as fact. So as Merlin stated, you have no clue what the hotel told the NFL network. My guess is they did not just state the fact, that Mike was asked to leave the hotel. My guess is they went a little further and became the judge and jury, and this is why their is a lawsuit.

Was Irvin there as an NFL employee? Did they pay for his room? Only way I can see it being relevant.

Yeah, I find it pretty strange that people are taking a side. I want to be on Irvin's side, I do, but I need to know the facts first.
thats me... I like the guy, but we dont know what was said.

BUT, Ill say it again, there is not much he could have said that should result in him losing his career IMO.

If he told her she was fine and invited her up to his room to have sex.... that would not do it for me. Ive been with my wife since I was 16, so Im not sure how to flirt with woman in todays world.... but again, I dont really care what he could have said, not much could have been so offensive in a 45 second interaction that should end someone's career.

Yup. To me, it would have to be extremely lude to even think twice about it.
