I know who he spoke to... he gave a ..... some what of a play by play... spoke about his interacting with her, very quick, left to go to his room. When they asked him exactly what was said, he said something like... Honestly, I dont remember... chuckle, I had a few drinks.

Again, you take that as he is hiding something. One could take that as he talks to fans all day everyday and he doesnt remember hardly any of the crap he says to fans. Not a big deal... add in the fact he had been out with friends and had a few drinks... again, not criminal. Although in your mind, he was barely able to walk and was hardly able to make a coherent sentence.

I have never said he was unable to walk, he is the one using the "drinks excuse". Hope he has better luck with it than I did with my wife the next morning.

You are an Irvinite and that's OK, you like him and I don't and that's OK too.

Hey, I have no problem with the Irvinites here, that's as good a reason for defending him as my not believing him because I do not like him.

That’s not for us to say what Marriotts policy is. But it might be to a Marriott employee.

Throw in his history and it creates a bigger concern .

If this was Aikman or Emmitt for example might not have been as alarming depending what was said.

Hey, I have no problem with the Irvinites here, that's as good a reason for defending him as my not believing him because I do not like him.

I don’t like anyone with sexual misconduct history. He’s already lost one job as a result. Had a settlement out of court. Not to mention the other incidents he either pleaded down to a lesser charge or dismissed .

But yet we have some fans who want to believe he didn’t do anything inappropriate early in the morning after out drinking heading up to his room?

Why would I speculate on something before I knew all the facts? There are plenty of people here that are already doing that. My issue is when people claim to know something but are actually making up something based on speculation.

One of the things we don't know, among many, is what was the NFLN doing between Monday morning when the hotel moved him until Wednesday morning when he did the call in?

Were they investigating? Were they trying to resolve it and keep him on the air? What had they told Irvin?

It just seems odd that call in seems to have been the catalyst for everything, the send home and the lawsuit.

Irvin's lawyer must prove that the woman is lying with malicious intent because it all starts with her. The hotel responded and then the NFLN but we do not know if the send home was because of the alleged incident or that call in.

But yet they took action at the same time. My opinion is that they were contacted by someone from the Marriott.

I don't know but the question is why haven't they released it yet. And they will have to release it soon.
