PFT: New Cowboys Stadium controversy

Yep, typical Mike Florio stuff. His reporting is beyond the point of fraudulent. He has a Mendoza-line accuracy as well. Wonder how Roy Williams' broke collarbone is doing? And is Terry Bradshaw dead, yet?

Lastly, how is punts hitting the videoboard a controversy when no punts have hit the videoboard?

Florio didn't write this. He's got other bloggers on staff. Michael David Smith of Fanhouse wrote this blurb.

here in northern indiana, we would love to be bothered by the sun at this time of year

Thought I recalled Folk nailing a beautiful 47 yarder right into that sun. So I guess its an advantage somehow.

I know right?...u would think that these highly trained professional engineers that Jerry hired would know that the sun was in the sky and rises in the sky the same place everyday....Jerry probably just hired that Co because they would be puppets and let him call the shots......[/sarcasm]

of course they knew...thats why they have shades that they can drop over the windows......they chose not lower them ....i call it HFA......

I know you were being sarcastic at some point, but not sure if you were being sarcastic about the sun rising and setting in the same place every day.

We've now played 3 home games, and it's only been an issue once. Early in the season it will be an issue for 3:00 local time starts. Later in the season, I suspect it could be an issue at noon starts, once the time changes, but I doubt it. The sun will be moving further south, so it won't be setting in the same place every day. And the games will be over at 3 or so.... not quite time for it to be setting.

All this to say, it may be an issue in 1 or 2 games per year.
