News: PFT: Nick Sirianni: Know from my gut hiring Kellen Moore was best thing for us

Mike McCarthy enjoyed more success with Dak than Kellen Moore did.

MM isn't perfect, but he's also been under rated in his handling as HC.

Aside from all of that, it remains to be seen how KM performs w/Philly.

KM just seems like a square peg in Philly. He calls a pass-heavy offense with a lot of timing and option routes. The Shane Steichen offense that made Hurts a $200M man is very RPO-heavy with a lot of sideline shots

Good OCs adapt to the players they have, not the players they want. But KM's going to have to build a new gameplan compared to anything he's shown before.

Ha!

If Philly beats us twice this year a large part of this board will have complete meltdowns. Wailing and screaming and wringing of hands, maybe even some pearl clutching. It would be an epic sight to behold.
you want to see Philly beat us?

I can't think of a worse current starting QB for Kellen's "stay in the pocket, read and react with precision throws downfield to hit timing routes" offense than Hurts. Maybe Jackson?
Eagles fans are under the impression that Hurts is just a good QB in general. They think he took a massive leap in 2022 with no regard as to why. Even some posters in here. I'm not criticizing. They saw it as a leap in talent. I saw it as a gameplan using his strengths. No leap.
