Thought y'all might like this.....

we talked to Randy White this past weekend and he confirmed that he is currently working with Phil Costa a couple times a week. I think this could reap huge dividends. It's good to hear that Costa is at least doing all he can to improve. I love it when Legends work with current players. Charles Haley's been working with Ware for a few years now.

Good to see Former players taking an interest in these guys and good to see these young players willing seek their help and advice.

Is Costa moving to DT???...Just kidding, love to see the old timers work with the kids. Is he teaching him karate or whatever it was that White did?

Randy White started doing this last season. On one of his shows there was a clip of both of them working together in the green room.

If Phil Costa can consistently hold his ground and pass block 59-year old Randy White, I'll feel better about him blocking for Tony Romo in 2012.: :D

I love the devotion our legends have to this team. Leon Lett and Charles Haley working with the pass rushers, Randy White tutoring Costa. Erik Williams working with the OL.

Cowboy pride. I love it.

Randy is still in beast mode for his age. I wonder if he has pancaked Costa yet.

Randy White will either improve him or kill him. Either way we'll end up with better C play in 2012. :D

I have absolutely no doubt that 59 year-old Randy White could suit up and dominate Phil Costa for 60 minutes.

NO DOUBT.

What does not kill you makes you stronger. :laugh2:

I commend Costa for trying to improve himself and put in the work. I expect competition for the starting job but would not rule out Costa. He is still a young player in his own right.

:laugh2: How is Costa holding up against Jay Ratliff? And I don't mean starting training camp scraps.

That would be a better indication. But thank you Mr. White for your inspiring contributions.

Just by looking at him, I'd imagine that on any given snap Randy White could still put more than a few current NFL linemen on their butt.

Which means that he'd probably have Phil Costa out of a game by the early second quarter. His coughs generate more force than Costa's T-rex arms.

NO. DOUBT.

Then you have little understanding of what it means to be 59.

No disrespect to Manster whatsoever.
