I presume that is why we re-signed Lynn Scott---to up his trade value just for an opportunity such as this.............LOL

Henson's mechanics should have never been messed with. It would be a shame to give up on his potential after he had a set back that the coaching staff caused. Rivers is more of a sidearm thrower than Henson ever was. As for as Bledsoe goes, we will never go anywhere but home early from the playoffs with him at QB. :bang2:
The Cowboys haven't given up on him. Just some fans.

I am not ready to give up altogether on Henson but I would be willing to add Rivers for a 2nd and a vet player we could replace in the draft.
I would do that in a New York second...

Mike Fisher was talking about this last week, and thought we would be the frontrunner for Rivers. Fisher mentioned the obvious, that Jimmy Sexton is Rivers' agent, as he is Parcells'. And we know that hasn't hurt some of our FA signings. But Fisher hinted that he knew more, although he wouldn't say what it was.

I'm a big Rivers fan myself and think it would be a great move. And Parcells supposedly liked him a lot in college. But it would take a lot to get him, and I can't see us giving up the draft pick it would take. If they weren't a 3-4 team, I could see us offering a player or two that don't fit so well anymore, but they wouldn't be interested in those guys.
