The giants have Marshall and the Eagles are close to a deal with Jeffrey. Hopefully the Romo drama will be over soon and the market will have calmed down a bit allowing the front office to get some people in here and signed.

We have done nothing to upgrade, at the moment we are a worse team on D when we were supposed to improve there.

We can talk about the draft, but these teams have draft picks too. They are upgrading and we have the Tony drama all in our eyes. This isn't the offseason we should just ignore. We lost in our first round of the playoffs......not like we are a dominant team.

i am not worry about the Giants and Washington.

lets even assume we get to the superbowl and meet the Patriots.
if we do not upgrade, there is no way we would beat the Patriots
they are spending and just signed Gilmore ($14M AAV?) and Branch ($6M AAV)...
we have a $1.1M contract to Butler.
may be the FO have secret conceded 2017/2018 to Brady.
if so, then everything makes sense, why bother to spend until Brady retires...

It's funny people said the same thing last year and the Boys ended up winning the division. Just because a team gets players in FA doesn't necessarily mean they are going to get more wins. The way the Boys have been upgrading talent the last few years is working and I think they should keep it going. I'd prefer Dallas to wait until the prices come down before engaging in talks with a player. The Boys overpaid lots of times for FA and then got burned. I like the wait-and-see approach.

Did it mean anything......nope. Can't just sit here and think we are all that good, when we are losing players left and right with no upgrades even mentioned. The 'look to the draft' mentality, well they have draft picks too. Hope we aren't cocky enough to think every single draft will be like last years draft.
