Well. Put me down in the "I do not accept anything but Super Bowl" category.

Well...that should do it. I have a winners mentality now. Say hello to a Super Bowl this year baby!!! 'Cause I'm a winner!

Man that was easy! You guys should try it.

no but i wish i was okay with mediocrity like you seem to be.

Honestly, I am not even sure you could tell the difference between mediocrity and excellence.

You seem to have no knowledge of anything pertaining to how the nfl works.

Your basically just yelling about nothing.

I dont even know if you know what your talking about.

That is stupid and a sure sign you never even played sports. Everyone wants to win that is why these guys put in the work they do and play with the pain. You play to win the ulitimate goal you also play because you love to compete and willing to deal with coming up short because fact is you will come up short of the goal more times than you will ever win it. If you are not 1st your last please that is a stupid movie line from a stupid movie.

wow...thanks for that insight. i guess college baseball in the sec isn't a real sport. oh well, thankfully that fantasy allowed me to get a pretty good education.

i played for championships in my career. in high school state champiosnhips, in college national. i can tell you this much too, NOT one of the players i was with was happy we made it to the college world series. we were there to win and did not get the job done. we got rings for getting there, and not ONE of my teammates wears them to this day.

Since I help run a 24/7/365 football forum for the last 8 years I think I already know this.

You still cannot show a correlation to what Philly did by trading McNabb and what Dallas needs to do.

Nor have you answered my post about winging versus not winning the Super and how we should all act.

When can I expect answers?

Let's try this again:

a) Trading McNabb is not the point. It is the underlying premise BEHIND the trade. That premise NOT being able to get to the next level and NOT being happy with just being there.

That is how Dallas fans USED to think. Just getting there was not enough. WIN!!!

b) Regular season wins are nice, but when did we become happy being the Atlanta Braves, or Indianapolis Colts of the NFL???

So you mean to tell me that 31 other teams accomplished their goals from the previous season? It may be a stupid movie line from a stupid movie however, it holds true in football. If you don't win the superbowl then you failed for the season all that progress is meaningless and non sense. I have played sports and competed in various other things like poker chess and different other card games. My goal was always to win in these events to place first. I would work hard in an attempt to place first. I look for ways to improve and continue to try to place first. I don't go oh I went from 7th to 6th yay me. No that's non sense. In the end the only thing that matters is winning. Winning is a hell of a lot more fun than losing.

It's becoming evident from his outburst video, to his posts here that this fool requires more attention then a infant and unfortunitly this place gives him a forum to do it and we feed it.

Did you ever stop to think that having that kind of attitude is part of the reason why you didn't win it all?

I honestly do not see a team in the NFL that runs around being miserable all the time simply because they didn't win the Super Bowl. Not even the Eagles, and they seem to be who you hold in the absolute highest regard now by praising them this way.

I don't understand how you can not get the man's point. Philly trading Mcnabb isn't his point. It's if you've ever listened to Philly fans and here them talking about reid and Mcnabb and how they want a ring and not just being content with winning the division or a couple of playoffs games as our fans have been that is his point. But I guess someone who is labeling people as dumb should of already picked up on this already....

yet you hang around for 100+ replies...

do you have a little souther sc crush on me?

you do don't you? that's cute.

all joking aside (and i mean none of this in a hostile way, not even the remarks i make to you) i enjoy the banter back and forth...you read what i say and even though you don't like to admit it, a little part of you agrees with me. i do mean that in all honesty.

depends on the mentality behind those teams. dallas' mentality may not jive with oakland's.

So again, draw me the correlation I keep asking for. Who do we need to trade who is the reason why we cannot win it all? Trust me I have a direct line to the front office and I will give them your advice.

That is how Dallas fans USED to think. Just getting there was not enough. WIN!!!
I have actually never come across Dallas fans who were that unreasonable and insecure except on the Internet. I personally have never wanted to act like that. Not even when we were the most dominant team on the planet.

b) Regular season wins are nice, but when did we become happy being the Atlanta Braves, or Indianapolis Colts of the NFL???
I don't see how you can reasonably think anyone is happy. You've never once pointed that out despite my asking several times.

Put away your crystal ball, it isn't getting you the right signals.

he just said philly trading mcnabb is the underlying meaning.

he and you are not bright enough apparently to realize why mcnabb was traded.

If trading mcnabb because he did not win the superbowl and not believing he can was the real reason which is the whole point of this nonsense.....not being content with mcnabb not getting over the hump....

then wouldnt the philadelphia eagles have cut mcnabb after losing his 3rd straight nfc championship at home to an inferior panthers team?

go ahead and explain to me the difference of cutting him now and not then under the premise that it was all about mediocrity and this nonsense the two of you are talking about.
