Allow me to point out, that in 1960 the Eagles won the NFL championship. That was our 1st year and we went 0-11-1. In 1961 we won a game and every season since we have won at last one game and hey have not won it again.

There is more correlation to what I just revealed than this thread Eagles to Cowboys fans.

I think Eagles fans are jerks, but I have never seen one ranting and raving like you are and praising them for it. Not once in all my years of being a fan.

i rant because i'm passionate. it may not be the best advice. it may not be the best way. it works for me though. if you thought that st louis debacle was accpetable than we certainly will never see eye to eye.

again my methods may be crass at times, but i just say what most people think. maybe i need that filter.

Yeah however, there's a difference between a 4-13 team and a team who is predicted to make it to the superbowl am i rite? I mean the Cowboys are not/have not had a losing season in a while. We've been putting the pieces together for a superbowl and are continuously being considered the most talented team yet it's not adding up to super bowl wins. The fans are content with playoff wins because we haven't won in a while winning in december and have lost sight of the true goal of winning a superbowl.

If you're upset about the Vikings lose vent your anger.
If you're upset that the cowboys didn't win the superbowl once these past 3 season then vent your anger.
If you dislike a player then vent your anger.

Should you be considered dumb stupid or get ridiculed for how you feel? No. If you don't feel like this for whatever reason then you're content. However, I am a fan I love rooting for the cowboys. Let me clue you in to something. Fans are never good with losing. Not ever. 100% of the time they hate it. Every single fan.

Fans deal with losing differently. You want to shout. I want to move on and not give up. Forget the loss as soon as it is over and move on.

sad thing is never once in 5 years of coaching college baseball, nor 5 years of high school ball did i ever yell like that...i could control that...

this thing i can't which makes ZERO sense, but hey...it's who i am i guess when it comes to dallas. it actually makes me feel good to love something that much...

How many times do I have to tell you guys that I do not play Madden? I speak my mind and you are threaten by it so you attack me. It's okay if you're afraid to speak your mind. Also I did not expect Miles Austin to have the season he did. Without that season miles Austin had we would not of made the playoffs . Even the mIles supporters did not expect him to have that type of season. If anyone would of suggested it would of been as ridiculous as my 5-11 season until the season came into fruition

Of course we're happy with making progress. Who wouldn't be? Baby steps sometimes. I like that we're building. Am I near satisfied? No. Is the team? No.

Are fans satisfied with making progress? No. You're a fan and you are the extreme evidence of that. But the majority of fans are happy that we've made progress. Are we suppose to hate progress? That's a little ridiculous if we do.

There is a difference between happiness and satisfaction. I believe most fans are happy. I do not believe many are satisfied. We all want a Super Bowl. Who wouldn't?

I keep thinking about the 1991 Cowboys. They won a wild card game and got blown out in the divisional game against Detroit. The next year they won the Super Bowl.

The 1991 Cowboys made progress. So did the 2009 Cowboys. Both times we all wanted more.
