I thought the PI on Claiborne was suspect at best. His left arm did not seem to be really pushing the Rams WR. Also the WR was out of bounds so why was it not considered uncatchable? I sure hope Morris does not get a reputation with the referees where they are always looking at him to throw a flag.

When's the last time you saw PI called off because the ball was uncatchable? It's incredibly rare and usually happens only when the ball is thrown ridiculously far away from the receiver.

I personally should feel the NFL should pull the refs in, possibly during the off season and say "Look, you can NOT nor WILL not determine the game" and i think the refs are encroaching in that field where they should be dictating the game instead of the video saying "hey, your call was bad, deal with it it" Its time for a big boy sit down and get to it.

Looked like a call just to give The Rams an opportunity to keep the ball..

Seems like I see this a lot in the NFL.

It was a bad call IMO. He had great position on the receiver and knocked the ball down. Off topic, does anyone else have a LOT of problems typing responses since this site has changed. Regardless what computer I use, key strokes fail to show up in my posts. It's pretty frustrating.

It was an outstretched arm (armbar), I don't think he pushed but it's still a penalty.

It was an arm bar. I thought it was a legit call. Unlike the Dez offensive PI last week. But we got away with Dez pushing off on that first score.

Im not a conspiracy nut but this thought came across my mind yesterday during this play. I dont think Claiborne could've covered it much better than what he did, I rarely see that called

I can see why it was called... I just don't believe it should have been called. It looked like they were both trying to gain position on the ball, Claiborne had the advantage because he was forcing the guy to the sideline and the WR tried to fight through it and come back to the ball. Where Claibornes arm was just made it look worse. I only watched the play a couple of times, so I very well could be wrong, but that's just what it looked like to me watching it in real time.

I am more PO'ed about the Hatcher blow to the head penalty. He was trying to bat the ball down, not ht the QB in the head. Sometimes incidental contact happens. It was pretty clear he wasn't intending to hit the QB. Maybe still a penalty under the letter of the rule, but sheesh; its getting rather ticky tacky out there.

I thought last weeks PI looked worse than yesterday, eye test only evaluation.

I have seen Revis, Bailey and Sherman with their arms wrapped around the receiver without a flag. The WR grabbed HIS arm it wasn't an arm bar.

I had several drinks during yesterday's game. Was it yesterday or last week when Claiborne knocked the ball down with his right hand??? That was the one I thought was a bad call.

I thought it questionable I could not say it was a bad call

Week 1 vs nyg. A ball to Murray on the sideline

Absolutely dreadful call. Mo had his head turned to the ball, and there was some handfighting, maybe even an armbar. Still shouldn't have been a penalty. There is a LOT more than that that goes uncalled.
